A truly wonderful trip with a friendly tour guide. It was my first JOINMYTRIP trip, and it will remain unforgettable. If you love adventure and want to explore a truly beautiful country with Olaf, the perfect tour guide, then this trip is just right for you.

The trip through South Africa with Olaf was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. I don’t think many people get to experience South Africa the way we did with Olaf. Deserted beaches, remote mountain passes, hiking tours with local guides (organized by Olaf), cliff jumping at almost secret spots, seeing dolphins up close, paragliding, breakfast at the elephant park after watching the wild animals, and evening barbecues where you can talk about anything. In short, simply the perfect trip with one of the best guides!!!!

The trip was just amazing—there’s really not much more to say about it. I’ll try to list a few highlights here: - Olaf is super friendly; to me, the trip felt just like going on a trip with friends. - Everything was super organized; you really don’t have to worry about a thing, and Olaf is always there to help with any questions. - The food every night was amazing; you could even call the trip a cooking workshop with some really unique dishes (mussels, oysters, grilled tuna, lamb, etc.). - We traveled very spontaneously and were flexible with the weather (if rain was forecast, we’d just go somewhere else). - South Africa’s landscape is simply incomparable—somehow a mix of the U.S., Australia, and Portugal. Of course, Olaf knows the most beautiful spots (including those where you really don’t see any other tourists for days on end). - The vacation was definitely action-packed (lots of hikes, rock climbing, skydiving, speedboat rides, dolphin and shark watching, safaris with elephants, zebras, etc., with the most beautiful wine farms in between). And in between, we’d always head to the beach to relax :) I can really recommend this trip to everyone—the roof tents are great, and you can easily spend 3 weeks in them without any problems! @Olaf: I hope we can actually manage to get to Namibia or somewhere like that again :)
