Hey! I'm Lisa, a freelance writer and travel enthusiast based in Barcelona. While I was born and raised in the US, I've spent my adult life living in Costa Rica and Paris before finally settling in Barcelona 4 years ago. The best part about traveling with me: a bonus four-legged tripmate! My dog Remy has a passport (yes, really) and usually joins me on trips in the US and Europe.
My past lives include everything from teaching kindergarten in the Central American rainforest to leading groups of study abroad students across Europe.
My main job is as a freelance writer covering finance and tech for major US publications. When I'm not working, you can probably find me hiking, traveling, visiting secondhand bookshops, or cuddling with my dog.
