I am a big fan of Norway and nature lover. As outdoor enthusiast I like hiking, MTB, Nordic skiing and swimming in lakes and sea. In the winter you will find me doing cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, ice-skating or simply hiking with snow shoes. I am a Trainer and Coach for Relaxation and help people to manage stress, achieve inner balance and recharge their batteries even in everyday life.
