- Program Overview: The JoinMyTrip Referral Program ("Program") is designed to reward our members who refer new users to JoinMyTrip. To be eligible for rewards, participants (hereinafter referred to as "Referrers") must meet the criteria set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility To be eligible for participation in the Program, you must be a registered JoinMyTrip member and adhere to the following criteria:

- You must have a valid JoinMyTrip account.

- Referral Requirements: To earn rewards through the Program, Referrers must refer new users to JoinMyTrip. The referred users must meet the following conditions:
- They must sign up for a JoinMyTrip account using the Referrer's unique referral link.
- They must book a trip on JoinMyTrip.
- The minimum trip price for referral eligibility is USD500.
- Earning Rewards: Referrers can earn rewards in the form of JoinMyTrip credits, which can be used for future trip bookings. The amount of credit earned per successful referral may vary and will be communicated to Referrers at the time of the referral. These rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Changes to the Program: JoinMyTrip reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, the referral requirements, reward structure, or termination of the Program itself.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Referrers are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Program complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
- Abuse and Fraud: JoinMyTrip reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer found to be engaged in fraudulent activity, abuse, or any behavior that violates these Terms and Conditions. Such actions may lead to the forfeiture of earned rewards and the suspension or termination of the Referrer's account.
- Privacy: Referrers' personal information and data will be processed in accordance with JoinMyTrip's Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, Referrers consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data for program-related purposes.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hamburg, Germany. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hamburg, Germany.
