Guided trip
Hi! Travel to various places that rich in culture, nature, and foods are always on my checklist. In April 2023, I plan to go to Japan, especially Kansai Area (Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, etc). While the weather is fairly nice in spring, and hopefully we could witness sakura blossom blooms! I've been to Kansai area previously, and couldn't stop ever since. They have too many good things waiting to be revealed. I have planned what cities will we be visiting. Starting from the amazing Kyoto, to the historical Hiroshima. We'll be staying in Osaka for the whole trip, and travel between the cities with the train (covered in JR pass). If you're up for a new experience, we could try to have lunch with a Maiko in Kyoto, and try the traditional Inn in Miyajima. A short introduction about myself, I'm 27 from Jakarta, Indonesia. I've learned a lot about travel in Japan back in Uni. Therefore, I'm well-prepared if it comes to Japan. Don't worry, I can speak some daily Japanese too. The cost of this trip includes: - Accommodation (As for this trip, I plan to stay in a Airbnb. So there will be a probability where rooms would be shared) - Transport - Tripleader-fee - Insurance for German and Austrian residents (by JoinMyTrip) I haven't put any activities cost yet. If you wish to go for shared activities (ex: lunch with Maiko), we'll discuss it later, based on everybody's agreement, since this is count as food cost. I also add some buffer cost, in case there's unexpected cost. So, are you up to reveal the hidden gems in Japan together? Hit me up! Regards, Sidiq

Trip Itinerary
1

Osaka

Day 1-2
We'll meet at the Kansai airport and head together to our Airbnb in Osaka area by train. We will mainly be staying in Osaka throughout the trip, since this is the best place to stay, and easy to go around between stops with Shinkansen that is covered with the JR Pass. This way, we won't have to bother carrying our luggage to move to other stays or cities. On your arrival day, use the rest of the day to recharge yourselves after the long flight before we head out on our adventure.
2

Itsukushima

Day 2-3
We'll visit the beautiful island near Hiroshima, Miyajima. Here we can stroll in the beautiful forest of Miyajima Island, and visit Itsukushima Shrine. We could try traditional Japanese inn/ryokan named "Kikunoya" to experience the utmost hospitality and beauty of culture in Japan.
3

Hiroshima

Day 3-4
There are numerous historical building in Hiroshima. You named it, from the famous atomic dome to Hiroshima castle. After exploring these historical building, we'll treat ourselves with the famous seafood in Hiroshima, kakigoya (roast oyster) and the okonomiyaki.
4

Osaka

Day 4-5
On this 3rd day, I plan to take this day as a recharge day. We could decide to stay in the hotel/bnb to charge ourselves or stroll around the city looking for good stuffs. If you're planning to go around the city, we'll go to Namba area, or Osaka castle. We could try to enjoy the super hot spring in Osaka and go to the Kuromon market, that's famous for it's fresh seafood! Or if you're up for it, you can go to the Universal Studio Japan that's in Osaka.
5

Himeji

Day 5-6
After recharging ourselves, we'll visit the enormous Himeji castle. It is located not far from the train station, so we'll walk to the castle, while window-shopping the vicinity store and restaurant. One more thing, there are a lot of recommended restaurants here, in Himeji. I'd say we shouldn't miss this opportunity.
6

Kyoto

Day 6
Who doesn't know Kyoto? There are numerous beautiful places here. You name it: Kinkakuji Temple, Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, and many more waiting to be visited. Not to forget, the delicious desserts and matcha are mostly come from Kyoto.
7

Osaka

Day 6-7
After spending time in Kyoto, we'll go to Namba to get some souvenirs and maybe the famous Japanese Kitkat. There are many great goods waiting to buy or spend the fabulous night in Namba's street. I know some great restaurants here in Namba so we could decide together what to eat for dinner.
8

Osaka

Day 7
This is the last day of the trip. We could either hang out in the nearby malls or go to the shopping center while waiting for the flight. We'll use the train to the airport that's covered with the railway pass.
