About me: My name is Amritpal Singh, but you can call me Dennis. I’m student as well as full time chef. I love travelling and exploring. I’m expecting the best experiences out of this trip as I love historical places with people wolf different pov and intellects and specially the Central European ones, so this trip will be up to expectations.
Accommodation: We will be staying in the apartments located in the central points of the cities and villages we will be visiting. There will be privacy enough to enjoy personal Spaces as well. The markets, pharmacies and other necessities will be closer to us. Wi-Fi equipped and renovated apartments and of course the local transport will be accessible and affordable. Starting of the trip from Budapest, the capital city of Hungary. We will explore the Buda castle and castle hill district, known for its historic architecture and royal palace. We will visit Matthias church and fisherman’s bastion, Chain bridge, St.Stephen basilica, parliament building.

Eger
Day 4-5
We will be visiting this city to explore the medieval castle and historic architecture. Eger castle and the charming old town. The Hungarian paprika is being prepared in Eger and also we will try some nice Hungarian wine here.

Hollókő Castle
Day 5
Holloko, a traditional Hungarian village with well-preserved architecture. We will be discovering the ethnographic traditions of Palóc people. We will be meeting the locals of the village and have some traditional Hungarian foods and breads.

Pannonhalma
Day 5-6
Visiting the arch abbey, a Benedictine monastery with long history and then we will continue to lake Nesiedl (UNESCO site shared with Austrian known for its unique cultural landscape. This place looks amazing in the nighttime and clear sky.

Tokaj
Day 6
Heading to Tokaj wine region, famous for its sweet wines. We will not only get a chance to taste the best wines of the world, but also to explore the cellars and other historic places around the city.
