Hello! 👋🏻 I am excited to invite you taking a journey to enjoy the beauty of Tokyo and Kawaguchi. Are you guys interested? 🧳 Besides tasting ramen 🥘, curry and sukiyaki, we will also stop by some eye-catching coffee shops in Tokyo to taste some cups of hot coffee ☕ there. March weather seems still cold. Then, we'll explore parks including Shinjuku Gyoen 🌳, Ueno Park, and... the Imperial Palace 🏯 (it has a park 🤭). I also want to see the iconic Shibuya Crossing! Last but not least, we are going to Lake Kawaguchi. Well, I wish we could see Mt. Fuji 🗻 from there, but the weather really affects the mountain view, nothing to lose~

Anyway, I am Farah from Indonesia. I really enjoy exploring cities, some of the cities I've explored are Bangkok, Dubai and The Hague. This will be my first experience setting foot in Tokyo. I've designed this trip quite well but if you expect an expert guide like native, not me, unfortunately. Are you a supple, optimistic and/or coffee shop hoping person? If yes, please join! :)

We plan to stay in the Akihabara area, known for its shopping center, electronics retailers, which range from small kiosks to large shopping malls such as Yodobashi Multimedia Akiba. A 3-star hotel close to the station, we can only walk. The room type is a private room with a double bed. Check-in is available from 14.00 and final check-out time is 11.00. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden

Day 1

We can check in at the hotel first, put the big suitcase away. Then, we depart for Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden by train. After strolling around this green space, we will have dinner at Gyumon Shibuya.

Lake Kawaguchi

Day 1-2

Before we view Mount Fuji from Lake Kawaguchi, we will visit the Imperial Palace in the morning. For lunch and snacks during our trip to Kawaguchi, I kindly suggest we buy them at convenience stores in Japan. The three most well-known are Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven.

Shibuya Scramble Crossing

Day 2-3

On the third day, we will start with coffee at Blue Bottle Ebisu Cafe. Then, lunch at Honolu Ebisu Ramen. After that, we can explore the Shibuya area from the scramble crossing to the shops. The agenda closed with dinner at Kopikalyan.

Ueno Park

Day 3-4

Sadly, this is the last day. After we check out, let's drink coffee at SHI-TEN Coffee first. I really hope we can see cherry blossoms in some parks we visit, including Ueno Park. Therefore, we will spend the afternoon in this park. My flight will probably be at night. If you intend to extend your trip, let me know, I will be happy to share other beautiful places in Tokyo that you can visit.
