Hello! My name is Eden and I am 24 years old. I'm from Canada and work in the healthcare field, as a nurse. At home I have an adorable cat and love to spend my time off outside (hiking, swimming, etc.) My goal is to backpack through as many countries as I can - with this being part of that. I am setting off on a trip around the world in Jan 2025 and Thailand is one of my stops. This trip will take us through some of the most famous west islands over the course of 2 weeks. The expected trip itinerary will start in Phuket and end in Krabi. Throughout the itinerary, I have some suggestions of what to do along the way. Any travelers wishing to join could opt into certain activities or chose to have free days to rest/explore/etc. ***Please note that this itinerary is relatively low-cost for that reason - there are not a lot of activities included***

I love planning and have taken the time to put together this itinerary. However, I'm hoping for travelers to join me that want to backpack through this country together. I am not hoping to formally lead this experience like a tour. There might be some bumps along the way - please come prepared with an open mind :)

Accommodation: I am setting off on a long trip around the world, and I am trying to be as budget conscious as possible. This trip will be staying in reputable hostels with good reviews. I intend to stay in shared dorms to keep cost down. There might be one/two cities where I plan on splurging and the group would be staying in private/twin rooms instead. Day 1: We meet in Phuket, start getting acquainted and allow ourselves to start slipping into island time. Please note that airport transfer is not included. Day 2-3: Flexible itinerary ***I want to hear your input and ideas of how to spend our days*** Some suggestions include visiting an elephant sanctuary, exploring the old town, visiting some beaches, partying on Bangla, etc. Day 4: Check out of hostel and catch ferry to Phi Phi Islands

Phi Phi Islands

Day 4-6

Day 4: Settle into our hostel on the Phi Phi Islands, afternoon to explore, relax on the beach, etc. Day 5: Flexible itinerary ***I want to hear your input and ideas of how to spend our days*** Some possible suggestions include a boat tour (additional cost), hiking to viewpoints on the island, lounging by the beach or pool, etc. Day 6: Catch a morning ferry to Krabi

Day 6-8

Day 6: Arrive in Krabi, get settled into hostel, free time to explore the city in the afternoon Day 7: Flexible itinerary ***I want to hear your input and ideas of how to spend our days*** Some suggestions include checking out Railey Beach, rock climbing activity (additional cost), etc. Day 8: Check out of our accommodation in the morning and depart - thank you for joining me on this trip!
