A cosmopolitan city, Hong Kong weaves Western and Asian influence into a world-class center of business, culture, and trade. There are often variables that can affect the itinerary plans such as weather, traffic delays or local changes on ground. Our group will consist of 10 of us (including myself). 📍 MEETING POINT: You will need to arrive into HKG: Hong Kong International Airport & make your own way to the first night's accommodation. You can arrive anytime, but please be aware if you arrive before 14:00 (Hong Kong local time) you may need to store your luggage with reception until check in is available. The earlier in the day you arrive, the more time you have to explore the area and get settled before a team dinner to finally meet face to face at 19:30 - please meet in the accommodation reception area at 19:15. 📝 VISAS: Most nationalities will need to obtain a visa on arrival for Hong Kong. Please check BEFORE booking that you are eligible for a visa & you have a valid passport – these essentials are down to yourself to check & ensure validity. You will also need to check if Hong Kong has any alternative entry requirement forms or documents you need on arrival to be able to enter the country. ❤️‍🩹 INSURANCE: Travel insurance is included if you are a resident of Germany or Austria. Day 1-5

Day 1: Wednesday Arrive into Hong Kong & make your own way to the hotel - you can take public transport or if you're coming from a long flight & just want a local resident to greet you at arrivals & take you straight to the accommodation then I can help you arrange this too. Check in is from 14:00, the earlier you arrive, the more free time you have to look around the city, however, those working may want to show up in the evening or overnight instead. Some popular places to look around are Tai Kwun (Center for Heritage) and Arts & Soho (the bar & art street). Today's sightseeing, should you choose to do it, will be on your own terms and at your own expense. Day 2: Thursday This morning, grab your trainers & backpack as we head off on the Victoria's peak hike. It takes around 3 & a half hours to complete, with some time at the top to take in the extraordinary views over the city. Those remote working will be back ready to get on the laptop & those not can go to explore the city at their own pace.

Day 5

Day 3: Friday Today we will take the 1-hour ferry to Macao from our accommodation after work is finished. We will take in the views of the city from the ocean separating Macao from Hong Kong. We will explore many sights like The St. Paul’s Ruins, Monte Fortress, Senado Square, The A-Ma Temple. In the evening, we will be able to grab dinner and wonder around the casinos before heading back to central Hong Kong. The Venetian Macao, Grand Lisboa and Wynn palace are the biggest and most glamorous.

Day 5

Day 4: Saturday In the morning, we will be met in Kowloon by our local tour guide. Rather than simply ticking off top tourist attractions, get to know Kowloon like a local. You’ll benefit from both the undivided attention and insider knowledge of your guide as you visit off-the-beaten path places such as wet markets and shops selling interesting delicacies. Plus, rather than listening to historical commentary, you’ll be party to personal anecdotes and contemporary culture. After having lunch in the streets of Hong Kong watching Asia go past, we will head to explore more parts of the city like Tin Hau Temple in Shau Kei Wan, to take in Hong Kong's culture.

Day 5

Day 5: Sunday DISNEYLAND!! Does this need any more explanation? Of course if you don't want to join that's not a problem, you are more than welcome to claim the money back from the amount you pay to sign up for the trip and do your own thing today. We will head back for one last dinner & drinks to say farewell at the accommodation in Hong Kong and then depart this evening or the next morning.
