This trip will begin at Golden Dune Hotel & Suite, a great base for traveling around the city and also very close to the business district. I will be there to meet all arrivals and also can arrange pick-up from airport or ground transport from surrounding areas as necessary. Once gathered at the hotel there will be a tea coffee snacks reception where I will be available to meet all Trip Mates and everyone can be introduced formally as well as ask any specific questions regarding the next few days. The Hotel: At the Hotel, we will have a daily co-working/gym session and I will also be available to have one-on-one meetings with each Trip Mate to see how successful they feel the My Trip has been for them and what could be done to improve the experience for future groups. National Museum of Saudi Arabia
Day 1
The first point of interest will be a visit to the National Museum of Saudi Arabia which is a great attraction to learn the history and culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as familiarise me with the City of Riyadh. This is a beautiful and iconic landmark as well as a state-of-the-art facility for interactive learning which will require about 2 hours to see all it has to offer.

Boulevard Riyadh City
Day 1
Once we have concluded our visit to the National Museum, we will head to the Boulevard Riyadh for lunch and the opportunity to see the many sites and sounds of the Boulevard Entertainment Zone which is one of the biggest parts of the Riyadh Season Festival (yearly Citywide Shopping and Entertainment Festival).

The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh
Day 1
After dinner, we will visit the iconic Ritz Carlton Riyadh, made famous by being the lavish accommodations for the “Night of the Long Swords” anti-corruption purge. First a tour of the Hotel and then we will head to the Cigar Lounge and Cafe for Teas and Coffees and an Introduction to Cigars and Cigar smoking. Anyone who may prefer a non-smoking environment can have refreshments on the Garden patio.

After breakfast we will head to the offices of my Business Advisor and legal consultant who will provide us with an introduction to the business and legal frameworks for doing business in Saudi Arabia and what corporate structures are available to foreign investors. We will also discuss what the benefits are to doing business in Saudi Arabia as well as potential pitfalls for new arrivals and what to consider. The session will end over tea/coffee with each Trip Mate having the opportunity to inquire about how their respective businesses could participate in the Saudi market and how myself and my advisors can support.

After lunch another co-working session at the Hotel or an opportunity for the Gym and Spa enthusiasts to get some me time. Once work is concluded, we will have tea/coffee over a fun quiz about everything the group has learned so far about Saudi Arabia and more specifically Riyadh. This evening will be a free day, there will be an option to visit the most popular Shopping Mall for some retail therapy or free time for Trip Mates to do their own thing. I will be available to help individuals get advice on what to do, give directions and sort out transport.

King Abdullah Financial District
Day 3
Breakfast at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), the center of finance and commerce in the capital city and the most important address for big business in the Kingdom. This is a mixed-use commercial and retail hub with some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in Riyadh. After breakfast, we will have a presentation on KAFD and a guided tour with an opportunity to meet some of the businesses that have made KAFD their base of business in the region. There will also be an opportunity for Trip Mates interested in inquiring about the office or retail space for their businesses at KAFD to have a once on once conversation about this with an official representative. Lunch will also be at KAFD at one of their many trendy restaurants/cafes and then back to the Hotel.

The LINE Experience
Day 3
After Work, it’s time for some Play, kind of! We will leave the Hotel and head to the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, the center of Art in the Kingdom, to visit “The Line Exhibition” a chance for Trip Mates to see detailed designs, architectural models, and informative films explaining The Line project, part of the World Famous NEOM development, in all its glory. This will be a great opportunity to understand the vision of His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Chairman of the NEOM Development.

Al Faisaliyah Center
Day 3
Once we have finished our visit to “The Line” exhibition, we will have celebratory dinner at a secret location under the Stars. Trip Mates will be hosted at an iconic restaurant and lounge enjoying a fine-dining experience with the option of Cigars and refreshments after dinner. This will be a time for Trip Mates to share their experiences with the group and give any final feedback.

After dinner, we will head back to the Hotel and the Trip will end. Trip Mates can prepare for their next day's travel plans and I will be on hand to support them with any last-minute needs related to Check-out and Transport etc.
