Day 1-2
Welcome to the capital of Costa Rica!! On arrival day, everyone will be given instructions for their respective accommodations and will have some time to unwind before heading to our meet & greet dinner, where we get to know more about our TripMates and discuss the trip highlights and expectations. It will be a fun night with games, great food and lots of laughs!

Limon
Day 2-3
Let the trip begin! On this day, we're leaving early am to our destination - Limon! The Caribbean is waiting for you! Some sightseeing, history about the town and our Caribbean food tasting will kick off our adventure on this tropical paradise.

Puerto Viejo de Talamanca
Day 3-7
We are heading to the beach town of Puerto Viejo, our final destination for this trip and the place where you'll get to soak up the culture and enjoy most of the activities planned for your holiday. Let the fun Begin! We're renting a bicycle and ride to one of the amazing beaches of the town, where lukewarm ocean water, tropical scenery and good vibes awaits! This will also be the perfect opportunity to go on a kayak tour to the town's mangroves. We'll get familiar with the town and its surroundings and the local vibe.

Puerto Viejo de Talamanca
Day 7
We're waking up early am to embark on our chocolate making experience! Indulge in the rich indigenous culture of Watsi, get to know the secrets of making chocolate and cool off in the beautiful waterfalls of Bribri. Our journey starts with a visit to an indigenous family where 5 generations live together under the same roof. This will be a real close contact with this family's lifestyle. You will get to know their houses, cooking, medicinal plants, chocolate production and many other aspects about their lives. Also, you will taste chocolate with different aromas and flavors. You will have the opportunity of grinding your own chocolate and get to know the secrets behind this old process. After lunch, we will move forward to one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the area: the Rio Catarata Waterfall, to freshening up in its pools.

Cahuita
Day 7
A wonderous journey through the Cahuita National Park's reefs, abundant of marine life, followed by a guided interpretation of the National Park's trails. You will meet your captain and guide who will take you by boat to the coral reef where you will go snorkeling for two hours at two different points in the Cahuita National Park, where the reef will surprise you with its abundant marine life. Afterwards you will go to the beach to rest and have a snack of tropical fruit. Next you will start a 1½ hour guided hike through the National Park. This National Park is a combination of beautiful beaches, coral reefs, and a tropical rainforest where you can easily observe many species of monkeys, sloths, frogs, butterflies and more. The coral reef of this park includes about 240 natural habitats. There are 123 different species of fishes, 44 species of crustaceans, 140 shellfish and 1281 various algae that have been identified so far. You also can observe 35 different coral species such as fire coral, and the red and black coral which is unique to this area.

Day 7
The final day of our tour will be a day to enjoy off the town and just relax by visiting another one of its beaches or sit at a local bar to enjoy a cold beer while soaking up the last bit of this amazing experience. We're taking this day to create the last bit of memories from this amazing trip! You're free to wander around and explore by yourself.

Day 7
Time to leave paradise and head back to the capital - San Jose - to hop on your flight home, but will a bag full of amazing memories and new friends. Arrangements for transportation will be made very early this day to ensure everyone will have enough time to get on their respective flights.
