FAQs
The trip price quoted by the TripLeader includes local transport and accommodation - not the outward and return flights to the start and end points of the trip, nor local activities. The cost of this may be stated in the description of the trip. Otherwise, just ask your TripLeaders directly - they'll be happy to help!
Yes, of course! Once you have found a trip you like, you can send the TripLeader a request. Here you can ask your questions directly and the TripLeader will answer them before confirming your request.
That depends on your TripLeader. Just contact them and ask directly. Some trips are more suitable for that than others.
The payment of the fee for the TripLeader ideally takes place by bank transfer or Paypal. However, you can also arrange with your TripLeader to give him the money in cash on the spot. Just discuss this with them directly.
As soon as your TripLeader has confirmed you, he will contact you. Should it take a little longer, don't be surprised - TripLeaders are only human. If the TripLeader hasn't contacted you within 3 days, message us on Facebook, WhatsApp or send an email to info@joinmytrip.com.
