Throughout the 5-day trip, we will be staying at an Eco Hotel, a stunning, sustainable oasis that offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the rainforest. The hotel features locally sourced ingredients and serves delicious meals, and we will have plenty of opportunities to relax on the beach and explore the surrounding area. There are plenty of activities to do, but it's also recommended to stay at the house and enjoy the spaces we have provided for our visitors, such as the hammock deck or the garden, the Punta stone, reading a book from our library, using the table games, having a drink at the bar, visiting our kitchen to learn about Chocoan cooking techniques, or taking a yoga class that can be scheduled early in the morning or at sunset. Just being under a large Embera roof with the house surrounded by the ocean and the jungle while doing any of the mentioned activities allows visitors to live a unique experience. You can also do activities at the beach such as surfing for beginners and experts, bodyboarding, bring your own book or choose one from our library, with the sound of the waves and the lack of cellular signal, you can fully concentrate on your reading. Beach games such as a game of bocce, badminton, or a soccer match, and swimming. During our stay at the Eco Hotel, there will be a variety of activities available for our guests to enjoy. You can take a relaxing swim in the natural pools, go on a bird watching tour, or explore the hotel's own garden. This oceanfront eco-lodge is surrounded by tropical rainforest on the tip of Cabo Corrientes, on Colombia's Pacific coast. It features an international restaurant and a common terrace with hammocks and ocean views. Rooms at the Eco Hotel are cozy and feature rustic wooden décor, private balcony, towels, linens and shared bathroom without ceiling overlooking the rainforest. The Eco Hotel's restaurant serves regional and international cuisine made with local produce, including tropical fruits and fresh seafood. Meals can be customized upon request. Punta Brava beach and nearby Amargal beach are perfect for surfing. Whale watching is also available from July to October.
