West Africa: Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Senegal & Gambia

Hi, I'm Maarten, a Belgian traveler, adventurer and dreamer. I've been to over 85 countries and hope to visit every country on the planet. I would love to take you along to discover some new countries. I'm sharing my trip to make new friends and share the experience with fellow travelers. Activities will be based on the traveller's preferences. Two weeks traveling through West Africa, backpacking and exploring the local life. We start in Conakry, the capital of Guinea, before flying to Bissau in Guinea-Bissau. After that, we go over land, through Senegal, to Banjul in Gambia. Most accommodation is fixed, but we go with the flow. I enjoy walking in town and seeing where this leads us, with a few trips out of the city, for example, to some islands or waterfalls. Accommodation is mixed with a comfortable luxury hotel in Guinea and a local hostel in Bissau, but always safe and clean with good reviews. Everyone will have their own room and privacy. Bathroom might be shared in some cases. The price includes all accommodation and transport (except for flights before and after the trip). Please note that the journey will start in Guinea and end in Gambia. I can help with the visa request and finding the best flights to reach Guinea. Looking forward to have you on the trip.
