I am a certified hypnotist from the University of Toronto and I also have an extensive background and certificates around well-being: meditation ✨ / personal and group training 🤸 / massage therapy 💆‍♂️ / Reiki. I love traveling, meeting new people, and sharing interests around wellness, meditation, healthy living, a minimalist lifestyle, art, design, fitness, yoga, spirituality, and creativity. I have a good sense of humor and I always try to share good vibes around me! #optimistic😃 I also try to learn new things every year. Right now I am a part-time student, doing a multidisciplinary bachelors in psychology/philosophy / religious studies. About the trip 🧘🏙️ Explore Paris in a mindful way. This long weekend is the perfect opportunity to slow down, to take care of your mind, body, and soul ✨ while discovering Paris & the French way of living with a local. We will have 2 emblematic walks and I will share with you the knowledge and fun facts about the history of Paris. You will also have time every day to meditate 🧘‍♀️, reflect, move and also get massages or Reiki sessions 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️. On top of that, you will get healthy/whole food 🥗🍊 to support your well-being. In your free time, you can go visit one of Paris's famous museums 🖼️ or go shopping 🛍️. I will provide a list of where you can eat, shop, relax, and learn, so you can also discover Paris by yourself. You will leave the weekend feeling refreshed, with renewed energy!✨ Cultural activities: 🔸2 emblematic walks (see description below):🚶🚶‍♀️ - Discover history and fun facts about Paris - About 2-3 hours for each walk - Time to take breaks, have a picnic together, meditate, - You are free to join & leave the walk at any time if you feel like exploring Paris on your own 🔸 Cheese and wine tasting on Friday evening🧀🍷 🔸 Practice your French with me if you want and/or ask me questions about the French culture and traditions 🇫🇷 🔸 You will get a list of recommendations for museums, exhibitions, shopping, neighborhoods, etc. so you can go explore by yourself in your free time. SATURDAY WALK*: along the river's banks >> you will see le Jardin des Plantes, Notre-Dame, le Louvre, le Musée d'Orsay, le Grand Palais et le Petit Palais to finish on les Champs Elysées and get a good perspective of the Arc de Triomphe. SUNDAY WALK*: from Montmartre to Pigalle. Montmartre is one of the cutest neighborhoods as shown in the movie “Amelie”. Get the perfect pic of Paris rooftops. Then you will get to see Pigalle (le Moulin Rouge!) and its effervescence. *in case of a bad weather forecast, walks will be replaced by a visit to a museum. Wellness activities: MORNINGs (Saturday/Sunday/Monday) 🧘🧘‍♀️ 🔹15min group hypnosis: see them as guided meditations😌These sessions are designed in order for you to be more grounded, to self-reflect, to get inspired. 🔹15min silent reading and/or writing: insights questions and inspirational texts will be provided 🔹30min gentle strengthening / stretching exercises + learn self-massage techniques 🔹healthy breakfasts, vegetarian based. 🔹create your own smoothies PMs (Saturday/Sunday)🥗🥕🥪 🔹healthy lunch (salad buffet, lots of options for you to pack a healthy picnic) 🔹during our Saturday and Sunday walks, we will take 15min to meditate outside and do some gentle stretch TBD (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) 💆💆‍♀️ 🔹Get 2x 15min seated massage (on clothes: upper back/neck/arms) OR 2x 15min Reiki session What's included 💰 - Accommodation in a nice Airbnb with a good rating (4.9!) FRIDAY evening - Arrival around 6pm (I can come welcome you at the RER station and help you with your luggages) :) - Around 7:30pm: welcome diner with cheese tasting 🧀, wine 🍷, bread 🥖, veggies/fruits/nuts and non-alcoholic beverages - Getting to know each other, good vibes and conversation. - French songs playlist ;)

SATURDAY 9am-10am: hypnosis / silent reading and-or writing / exercising 🧘🧘‍♀️ 10am-11:30am: breakfast / get ready - showers / pack lunch 12pm-3pm: long walk along la Seine / picnic / meditation 🚶🚶‍♀️ from 3pm: free time for you to enjoy Paris at your own pace SATURDAY WALK*: along the Seine river's banks.
