It's a place where everyone wants to visit at least once in their life. It has been the capital of many civilizations throughout the history and there is so much to see in this city. It connects Europe and Asia, which makes it so unique. You can find anything you want in this city. The culture, the history, the nightlife, and the amazing Turkish Food! The things to see and to do in Istanbul is like an endless list :) We will spend four days in Istanbul. We will have all the weekend to explore the city. We will stay at a nice apartment on the European side that is super close to the main touristic attractions. The price includes a private room accommodation. We will arrive in Istanbul on Friday. We will go to the apartment and relax a little bit. Then we will go for a quick explore around the neighborhood and have a nice dinner while enjoying the view of famous Bosphorus Bridge.

Topkapi Palace Museum
Day 2
On Saturday, we will go to the famous historical peninsula which was an inspiration to many epic poem in the history. Our first stop will be Topkapı Palace. Topkapı was a home to the Ottoman Emperors for four hundred years. It is a huge place and it is one of the most important historical buildings in Istanbul.

Hagia Sophia
Day 2
Aya Sofya also known as Hagia Sophia will be our second stop. Hagia Sophia was made in the 6th century by the Byzantium Emperor. It was used as a cathedral back in that time. After Istanbul was conquered by Fatih Sultan Mehmet, it was used as a mosque. In the 21st Century, it was turned into a Museum, but it can be still used as a mosque for religious people.

The Blue Mosque
Day 2
Sultan Ahmet Camii which is also known as The Blue Mosque is a magnificent building and it is one of the biggest buildings in all of Istanbul. It was made in the 17th Century by Sedefkar Mehmed Ağa who was a student of Mimar Sinan who is one of the most famous architect in the history.

Galata Tower
Day 2-3
Galata Tower is one of the landmarks of Istanbul. It was built in the 13th Century. It was used for various purposes throughout the history. A scientist lived in the Ottoman Empire Era, Hazerfan Ahmet Çelebi, successfully achieved to fly from this tower with the wings he made himself. When you go to the top of the tower, an amazing view of Istanbul is there to enjoy!

İstiklal Caddesi
Day 3
Istiklal Caddesi is the most popular street in Turkey. It is a long street, including many neighborhoods around itself. There are many things to see while walking down Istiklal. The famous image of tramways are in the middle of the street and you can use those tramways to enjoy the street!

Dolmabahçe Palace
Day 3
Dolmabahçe Palace is the second main palace that was used by the Ottoman Empire. It was made in the 19th Century. The building is near the Bosphorus Bridge and has an amazing view. The architecture of the building was influenced by the European Styled Building. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk who is the founder of Turkish Republic also lived in Dolmabahçe for a while.

Day 3-4
On Monday which is the fourth and the last day of our trip in Istanbul, we will have a nice Turkish breakfast in the morning and talk about our nice experiences during the trip :) We will take our luggage and leave the apartment to go to the airport.
