Hey, I'm Ewelina, and I would like to invite you to my city, London. I'm a 45 years old freelance photographer and yoga teacher, a true people's person at heart, who enjoys a nice meal and a chatting with strangers. I have lived in London for the past 25 years, and can honestly say it's my favourite city of all. London is an amazing metropolis, with endless possibilities to enjoy yourself 24/7 if that's what you like. I, however, want to show you a different kind of experience, showing you the London I know and enjoy. During this trip, you will still have a chance to visit the usual touristic spots and landmarks, but most of the trip will be exploring the part of the city, not so common with tourists. Additionally, I'm planning a day trip to Sussex, which is 1.5 hours away on the train from London Bridge Station, and inexpensive. a beautiful spot, called Seven Sisters Cliffs, where the views are stunning. This is optional, depending if you like the idea. I have outlined the trip highlights, but they're subject to adjustments, all depending on our group and what we chose, out of my extensive list of fab things to do in London. As a local person, my idea is to make this trip as affordable as possible, as London can get crazy expensive. The most costly thing is always accommodation here, so I will look for a decent Airbnb, but if you are looking for luxury, this is not for you. I will keep it cheap and cheerful. The same goes for food and all the activities. I know every hack in this city, so I will try to provide you with the best experience at the most accommodating price. That is not to say we will not enjoy delicious food or events, trust me, you can do a lot here when you know where to go. As for transport, we’ll move around using public transport, and for the canal strolls, we can rent e-bikes or scooters. Car rental in London doesn’t make sense, as it’s super priced for zone crossing, and parking is tricky. What will you see during this trip? - London Bridge/ Tower of London/ Big Ben - Borough Market/ Spitalfields Market/ Columbia Road Flower Market - Brick Lane food - Tate Modern Gallery/ National Gallery/ British Museum - Westfield Shopping Centre/ Carnaby Street/ Soho (for shopping) - Vintage shops tour around East London What's included in the price? - Accommodation, Airbnb (Shared rooms) What's not included: - Food - Public transport tickets ( we'll travel off-peak to keep the costs down) - Tickets to Brighton and Seven Sisters Cliffs - round trip cost = approx. £ 30 I’m already excited to meet you and have a great time in London together. I assure you it will be memorable. Hit me with any questions you might have in the Q&A section! Else just reserve your spot so we can have a call and discuss more details about the trip.
