Day 1
Namibia's capital: buildings from the German colonial era such as the Christ Church, the Old Fortress Museum and the Ink Palace (parliament building), and on the other hand by modern buildings such as the Supreme Court. Here I would honestly want to stay only briefly and choose Windhoek "only" as a starting location

Day 1-2
Drive from Windhoek to the Namib Desert for first impressions. Drive: approx. 300km

Namib Street
Day 2-3
Sossusvlei - highest dunes in the world, possibly with climbing. Here you could also look at the Little Five. In addition, the Sesriem Canyon with the river Tsauchab should also be interesting. The colors as a whole must be spectacular.

Helmeringhausen
Day 3-4
Not super busy here. Stopover to interrupt the ride. Scenically it should be quite nice and the agricultural museum should be quite interesting. Drive: approx. 240km

Day 4-5
Continue to the Fish River Canyon, the second largest canyon in the world after the Grand Canyon. Drive: approx. 290km

Here we are already driving to South Africa. Drive: 425km with stopover in Keetmanshoop

The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park is the first transfrontier park in Africa near Botswana. The landscape is characterized by the Kalahari desert with red dunes. The park is also known for its large lion population. If necessary, you can make a safari here.

Continue to Augrabies Falls National Park along the Orange River. Drive: approx. 370km

Here is one of the largest waterfalls in the world with a width of 150m

Springbok
Day 10-11
On we go to the flower paradise. Springbok is the capital of the Namaqualand. Drive: approx. 310km

Clanwilliam
Day 11-12
It goes along the edge of the Cedar Mountains to Clanwilliam. The town is famous for its rooibos tea. You could take a tour of a tea plantation. Drive: approx. 340km

Paternoster
Day 12-13
On to Paternoster Through the Citrusdal, the center of orange and lemon cultivation, we drive to the coast to Paternoster, an idyllic fishing village. Drive: approx. 200km

Cape Town
Day 13-14
On the way to Cape Town, you could stop at the West Coast National Park, a birdwatcher's paradise. Depending on your mood, you could also stop in the wine region, Stellenbosch or Franschhoek. Afterwards you can either drive directly to Cape Town or make another detour to the wine region. In Cape Town you could then stay as long as you like, depending on the time. Drive: approx. 150km
