In NOLA's famous French Quarter, you'll find dozens -- maybe hundreds -- of attractions to explore. These include historical landmarks (see: St. Louis Cathedral; Jackson Square; The Cabildo; Steamboat NATCHEZ; BK Historic House and Gardens, for example), tons of fun museums, and gift shops that are certainly worth writing home about. The Garden District is just as lovely as it sounds. Its many landmarks include famous stops such as the gothic Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 and Stein's Deli, which offers the public a classic Louisiana po'boy. In addition to these, the Garden District displays a truly mesmerizing array of stunning historic homes. Get ready for big trees and shady lanes, because the Garden District puts the 'g' in 'green!'
