Vietnam Co-Working Trip 💻 The longer you stay, the more you save!

Once you are not obligated to go to the office every working day, you probably think of a trip to somewhere you can work remotely. That somewhere would be anywhere with good internet speed, but I recommend Hanoi as your next station for remote working. Right! I am Vietnamese and obviously, Hanoi is my recommendation. Additionally, Holidu has put Hanoi in one of the 3 best cities for workation in Vietnam among other 100 ideal destinations. Then, be right into the question, how much does it cost monthly? According to Digital Nomad, the average monthly expense should be around $1000. 🍽️ Food and beverage can cost per month around $280 including restaurants, street food, home cooking, and delivery. This is my estimation, Let’s break it into pieces, what is included 💰 🛏️ Accommodation: Shared apartment (for 2 people with full equipment and lake view) near West Lake consumes you around $300 🚗 Transportation: $80 if you rent a 125cc scooter and it is more convenient as you can ride to many places in northern Vietnam. Or in case you don’t have a licence or dislike the crazy traffic, you can purchase a used sports bike for around $150 or less up to the condition, and resell it with my support when you leave. 💻 Co-Working space: $100. BUT, not my recommendation as you can work comfortably in the shared apartment, or in some coffee shops with free Wi-Fi (I will choose some of the best for remote working to recommend) So briefly, you will spend around $700 for a 1 month's stay. This estimation does not include travel expenses in case you travel around. Now, What is the optimal choice? It's your turn to make a comparison.
