In front of our door is a paradise for sportsmen: diving, kayak, SUP, hiking, MTB, road bike, hiking, paragliding... We got hold of a great house by the sea and would like to share this with nice people every now and then temporarily! You can think of this as a temporary shared apartment by the sea. The perfect option if you are looking for a good mix of solo travel and community, but don't want a big and round-the-clock organized group trip. We love good food and inspiring conversations. We make our house available to you for this purpose as well as our cooking skills in the evenings or depending on the arrangement we also move this to noon. There is: Pool / Sea 🌊+ Pool bar 🍸+ Barbecue Area 🔥 where we like to grill fish 🎣. We have 4 rooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. In addition, we would love for you to join us in the community. How long you want to stay or your specific travel dates are, we can still agree in detail. After your booking for this trip we can coordinate and if necessary you can add flexible days or arrive earlier. 💰 Included in the price: ✅ Accommodation 🛏️. Note: The price here is for a bed in a shared double room. First come, first served. We will send you our room options after booking and you can then choose the room that suits you. Please calculate with the following surcharges, if the 2 beds in the double room should be occupied or you prefer a single room: Single small +85 Euro / Single normal + 105 Euro / Single VIP +125 Euro. ✅ Daily breakfast (self-service in the fridge) with tea, coffee and normal milk. ✅ We cook for you: You will find a delicious breakfast every day (During the week for self-service, on weekends we usually brunch together) as well as 5 x we cook delicious for you. The costs for this you will find below. The common meal is important to us, because it is part of our "vacation community". ☀️Darüber you can expect: Flexible check-in on the day of arrival and check-out on the day of departure; ✅ Great inputs for excursions with the community in the surrounding area. Our highlights for day trips; ✅ The opportunity for a group barbecue or cocktail party by the pool, if the group is up for it and the weather is right; ✅ A guided city tour of our wonderful city with stops and tips for tapas (food and drinks are everyone's responsibility). ✅ Good mood and company and hopefully an inspiring exchange! 💰 NOT included in the price, or available if needed: ❌ Transportation / rental car (we will coordinate you so that you book and share a rental car together if you are interested); ❌ Surcharge for room variant (Please calculate with the following surcharges, if the 2 beds in the double room should be occupied or you prefer a single room: Single room small +85 Euro / Single room normal + 105 Euro / Single room VIP +125 Euro). ❌ The cost of food & cooking = 95 euros / person, payable in cash on site. ❌ Special soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, juices) and alcoholic drinks & cocktails (usually 10 - 25 Euro depending on consumption); ❌ Costs for the barbecues and possibly cocktail parties will be apportioned via Splitwise; ❌ Vegan products (please inform us about special wishes, food intolerances, etc.). We will surely find a solution). ❌ Costs for sports activities. We will give you tips and have good contacts with local landlords. ❌ Air conditioning: It's too hot for you? Ask for one of our rooms with air conditioning. The environment is important to us, therefore a responsible use of these resources is important to us and we put the costs for a use in your own room separately (25 euros / week). In the common rooms we try to use the air conditioners sensibly, this consumption is already included in the price. ☀️BITTE NOTE: ❗We are a non-smoking house, if you occasionally smoke, we ask for your understanding to do so outside the location; ❗There is no restriction on food and drinks, we cook with fish and meat, but also vegetarian from time to time. For more exclusive meals with high quality meat or fresh fish, we agree in advance, these costs are not included and will then be apportioned. ❗The daily common meal is our central point 🏁on the day, where we all see and exchange and are a community. ❗Everyone takes responsibility 🏳️, keeping the common areas clean and helping to clear the table and clean the kitchen after the meal and cleaning up after themselves. We are a team! ☀️Tipps to get there: ✈️ The closest airport is Malaga, we recommend you book a rental car and explore some of the wonderful places. 🚍 Getting there by bus costs 8 euros approx and takes 2-3 hours. Cabs from the airport usually cost from 110 euros, but we also offer a pick-up service for 85 euros each way if you have especially flight times where there is just no public transport. Blablacar is also available, but unfortunately often very unreliable, be sure to ask 3-7 days in advance. After booking, we are happy to help you organize your arrival and departure!
