Day 1-2
First day - meet you at the airport: Tivat/Podgorica with bike and your equipment. Going to Budva, check-in at the hotel. Low tempo run training in the old town. Coffee break after the training. Leisure time. Dinner with other participants.

Kotor Old Town
Day 2-3
Travel to Kotor with bikes. Bike training according to your training plans. Coffee break in Tivat with snacks. Return trip to Budva. Run training, according to your training plans. Dinner with the team.

Day 3-4
Swimming training. Checking swim course. Running course. Checking run course. Bike course. Checking bike course. Maybe by car, due to the high traffica at that time. Registration to Challenge Budva. Dinner with the team.

LovΔen
Day 4-5
Training to your schedule plan Drive to Lovcen mountain Village Negushi - degustation of local prsut (meat). Jezerski vrh - excursion to the Mausoleum of NjegoΕ‘ Leisure time before the race Going to transit zone. Pasta party before the race.

Old Town
Day 5-6
Race day. Swim-Bike-Run Refreshing zone after the race. Drinks, fruits, beer. Leisure time after the race. Dinner after the race with the team. Walking in the old town of Budva with the team mates.

Day 6-7
Recovery day. Short slow run accordig to your training plan. Departure to the airport Tivat/Podgorica. Depends of your departure time, possible to stay one more day for recovery. Dinner for those who will stay.
