From wilderness in the rainforest to the beach in a couple of hours, join me to travel across one of the most beautiful and diverse countries in the world. Costa Rica is pretty small, but it packs a lot of adventure and incredible landscapes within a couple of kilometers. There really is no limit to where we can or can't go here! That's the best part about it!
About me: Hey there! I'm a local Costa Rican who wants to travel and show my home country to the world. I'm an outgoing dude who wants to be constantly travelling and experiencing new adventures, along with friends!
Our Accommodation: We will be staying at three different Airbnbs throughout the country. All of them are really cozy, safe, and private. All of them have separate beds for everyone, so no one has to share. The accommodations are specifically located to get to the daily activities fast and easy. They are also all well-equipped with a full kitchen, internet, workspaces and all of the amenities you could think of. Please ask questions in the Q&A or send me a message after booking!

Trip Itinerary
1
San José
Day 1-2
The first stop is the day we arrive in the capital, San Jose. Here we will travel by car to our first stay, a lovely Airbnb just 5 minutes away from the airport. We can take a tour of the city, looking at some of the main places here. For example, museums, the central market and the architectural masterpiece of the National Theatre. We could end our day by driving up one of the closest mountains to catch an amazing sunset to start our trip with the right foot.

La Fortuna
Day 2-4
Our second stop begins with a drive up to La Fortuna, in Alajuela. Here we are going to stay two nights in an amazing Airbnb close to the Arenal Volcano National Park. Some of the activities here are more connected to the rainforest, such as soaking in the incredible hot springs surrounded by nature. Hiking, zip lining and enjoy the beauty of the Costa Rican rainforest are part of this stop.

Santa Teresa Beach
Day 4-7
The third stop is probably the main one! Santa Teresa beach. What's not to like from the beach? We will stay 3 entire nights at an amazing ocean view Airbnb and spend our days enjoying the pacific sun and ocean. We could join surfing lessons or even look for a snorkelling tour nearby. The time spend here is to truly enjoy the beauty of this country. In the nights, we can either stay at the house or go out and experience the nightlife of Santa Teresa. One of the days we will hike up a breathtaking waterfall, where we can soak in the water surrounded by the jungle. The last day we will begin our trip back to San Jose.

San José
Day 7-8
The last stop is the capital city again. We will leave Santa Teresa and head back to the city. The best part of the journey back is that we will navigate the gulf of Puntarenas on a ferry, soaking one last sunset over the ocean. In the city, we will stay at the first Airbnb once more. The next day is going to be for packing and getting everyone to the airport again. If your flight departs in the afternoon or at night, we can use that day to see another part of San Jose again, but it is up to you!
