Trip Itinerary
1
Beirut
Day 1-5
Our journey starts at the Beirut international airport, and I will arrange transport from the airport to our residence. Feel Free to arrive at any time within the 1st week of our trip, our trip is flexible. Gemmayze, the famous district in Beirut is where we will spend most of our nights. Our home for a little under two weeks, is a renovated super cozy boutique apartment in a building dating back to the French mandate of Lebanon. Our place is easy to reach, and close to our everyday destinations including the Beirut Digital District (BDD), if you want to work from there. This gives us extra flexibility and freedom. If you are a Yogi like me, you can impress me with your skills at Beirut's numerous Yoga studios or in the serene wilderness, I prefer the wild.
2
Byblos
Day 5-7
One of the oldest cities on earth, Byblos or Jbail will be less than 30 mins away from our residence. A quaint souk, with scattered coffee shops and restaurants, you can find lots of souvenirs, and personalized gift ideas, towards the end (closer to the sea) of the souk there is an old church, and as you continue down towards the mina (port) you will find some shops that sell fossils, and another small old church. There are so many ruins in this city that the shops are built on top of them, we will be visiting the old crusader castle and the old port. During Our stay the city would be decorated for its famous Christmas festivities. Byblos with its abundance of small pubs, restaurants and shops that makes this little picturesque city a must go-to destination after working hours.

Batroun Old Souk
Day 7
Batroun is a treasure trove of Phoenician, Roman and Byzantine history. The natural sea wall adjacent to the old harbor, reinforced by the Phoenicians, is almost synonymous with Batroun. The Roman theater sits north of the wall, with its nine remaining steps and the old souks, a charming cobblestoned market with vaulted sandstone archways. Known for its nightlife , and its beachside restaurants Batroun is a must try.
4
Kesrouane
Day 7
Images speak louder than words!!! Experience the pleasure of hiking in the majestic nature, and discover the mountains that gave Lebanon its name. Not only would we be going over the mountain but into the mountains as we go deep into the many caves deep into the ground, including Jeita Grotto, the three bridges gorge at Baatara and many more...
5
Tyre
Day 7-8
More old Phoenician cities ??? you got it!!! If you are a history nerd, like I am, there are the Roman Ruins we could visit. If you are a foodie, like I am, there are more Lebanese food to be had by the beach in this city.
6
Beirut
Day 8-10
Back to Beirut, in case there is some more plates and pints to murder. Beirut has few districts that I would love for my TripMates to experience, these include Hamra, Achrafiye and Badaro and the zaytounay bay. Take a morning stroll on the Corniche and try out your Yoga skills in one of many of Yoga studios in Beirut. And in case you wanna try anything just let me know!
