Our apartment is located in a magnificent place in Valle Guerra, La Laguna. It is ideal for enjoying and disconnecting near the sea. It has very good weather throughout the year and incredible sunsets. The accommodation is located about 10-15 minutes from the city center by car. Our apartment is the perfect house for those seeking spacious and comfortable accommodation in a quiet and relaxed location. The house has three spacious rooms. Additionally, it is located next to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sun, the sea, and the sea breeze. Another noteworthy feature is its magnificent terrace, where you can relax with a good book or work. The house is distributed as follows: On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals, the living room, and a bathroom. The second floor is accessed by an external staircase, where you'll find a spacious and bright room with a double bed, another room with two separate beds, and a small toilet. On the last floor, there is a double room with access to a terrace equipped with comfortable armchairs and artificial turf, where you can relax and enjoy pleasant evenings in good company.
