Starting around 16.00 after the meeting, We will first of all go to the Teide National park to witness his various incredible changes of landscape. We will then catch the sunset in a breathtaking place, above the whole southern part of the Tenerife, and watch the sun go down just behind the islands of La Gomera and La Palma. After that, we'll move to Pinar Chio, an official camping site where we'll have a picnic under the stars 🏕️ We will stop at the supermarket to buy some food for the picnic (not included, as I like to leave freedom of choice to people and encourage sharing 🤝).

About me: My passion for traveling with people came while working abroad in food markets: in that job I could travel through Denmark 🇩🇰, Sweden 🇦🇽 and Poland 🇮🇩 together with my team, and that way I learned that the best way to discover the most awesome places is to just roam around and follow local people's suggestions! 🧔👉👍

We will spend the night in a cozy and comfortable camping spot set up in advance: 2 tents equipped with a 140x200 air mattress (2 places for each tent, so the trip is best suited for travel companions/couples), sleeping bag, pillow, camping light, low table and stools, camping shower and a charged powerbank 😉 transportation will be provided via 5-seater car with AC. Equipment: Heavy clothing and comfortable shoes are required, as it can be fresh and/or windy in the Teide! Logistics: Meeting point and dropoff is in Los Cristianos bus station or can be arranged via direct message. Los Cristianos is easy to reach by bus and there are bars and shops everywhere if you arrive early!

Day 1

We will visit the park in its most important sites, discovering the turbulent geological past of Tenerife and witnessing the effect of the various cataclisms which shaped the land, as well as the struggles that life endures in this arid and unforgiving place.

As our last sightseeing spot, we will sit atop one of the minor craters created by one of the recent eruptions, at around 1800 meters of altitude. This is one of the most prized spots by photographers for the stunning views it offers.

Área Recreativa Pinar Chío

Day 1-2

After the sunset, we will move to the camping site of Pinar Chio, an official government camping at about 1400 meters of altitude. There we will enjoy having some camping snacks and share some good time and stories under the stars, before retiring to sleep in our comfy tents. In the morning I will provide you with some coffee, and we can finish whatever we have left, before heading back to los cristianos.
