As your trip leader, it’s my pleasure to guide you through the wonders of this diverse and captivating country. My name is Mohamed, a medical student🩺, on the other hand, I am active as an independent trip leader for Joinmytrip and organize the wildest trips abroad, I’ve had the privilege of exploring South Africa’s landscapes, cultures, and wildlife extensively. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and complexity of this extraordinary land, and I’m thrilled to share my passion with each of you. Throughout our journey, I’ll be your companion, your resource, and your advocate, ensuring that every moment of our adventure is filled with excitement, learning, and camaraderie. Cape Town

Day 1-4

The first day will be flexible depending on our arrival time, after arriving in Cape Town and checking into our accommodation, we might explore the V&A Waterfront area for some shopping and dining And enjoy a pleasant evening to rest and recover from your travels. On the second day we will start our day with a visit to Table Mountain National Park. We will Take the cable car to the summit for panoramic views of the city and coastline, then we will visit Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. We will take a guided tour to learn about its history. Then we will end the day with a stroll through the Bo-Kaap neighbourhood, known for its colourful houses and Cape Malay heritage. On the third day we will embark on a day trip to the Cape Winelands region. We will visit Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, or Paarl for wine tasting at renowned estates, then we will enjoy lunch at a vineyard restaurant which surrounded by picturesque landscapes, then we will return to Cape Town in the evening and relax at our accommodation.

Garden Route District Municipality

Day 4-5

We will Check out from our Cape Town accommodation and begin our journey along the Garden Route, We will stop at Hermanus for whale watching (seasonal) or Mossel Bay for a visit to the Dias Museum Complex, Then we will continue driving to Knysna, where we’ll spend the night.We will enjoy dinner at a waterfront restaurant and take in the views.

Tsitsikamma National Park

Day 5-6

We will spend the day exploring Tsitsikamma National Park. We will hike the famous Otter Trail or Suspension Bridge Trail for stunning coastal scenery, For adventure seekers, activities like zip-lining or kayaking are available in the area, in the evening we will go to knysna or nearby Plettenberg Bay.

Kruger National Park

Day 6-8

We will fly or drive to Kruger National Park, one of Africa’s premier safari destinations, then we will Check into our lodge or camp inside the park, then we will embark on an afternoon game drive to spot the Big Five and other wildlife species, then we will enjoy dinner under the stars and unwind after an exciting day. On the second day we will rise early for a sunrise game drive, when wildlife is most active, We will spend the entire day exploring different areas of Kruger National Park with breaks for meals and relaxation back at the lodge, After that we will return to our accommodation for a well-deserved rest.

Durban

Day 8-9

We will fly to Durban and spend the day relaxing on the Golden Mile beachfront, Then we will try some authentic Indian cuisine in the city’s vibrant neighborhoods like Durban North or Morningside, if we have atime we will visit uShaka Marine World.

Johannesburg

Day 9-10

We will fly to Johannesburg and check into our hotel, then we will visit the Apartheid Museum to gain insights into South Africa’s history, then we will take a guided tour of Soweto, visiting landmarks like Nelson Mandela’s former home and the Hector Pieterson Memorial, After that we will take dinner at a local restaurant in the city.

King Shaka International Airport

Day 10-11

On the last day, depending on our flight time, we may have some free time to explore Durban further or do some last-minute souvenir shopping, then we will transfer to the airport for our onward journey, taking with us memories of an unforgettable trip to South Africa🥰.
