Avenida Paulista
Day 1-2
Experience contrast as we start our journey in one of the world's largest cities! Embark on challenges (think Amazing Race) to support you in building your self-confidence before journeying to the jungles of São Sebastião! Day 1: We start on the vibrant Ave. Paulista - the most popular street in all of Sao Paulo. On Sundays, they shut the entire street down from traffic for their weekly outdoor market where you'll have the opportunity to experience local street food, shop for art and other handmade goods, and enjoy live music. We will then venture to Parque Ibirapuera where you will find all the locals out riding bikes. Take the chance to explore the park, rent a bike, enjoy live music, and end with dinner and a toast of Caipirinha the national cocktail of Brazil made with cachaca (sugarcane liquor), lime, and sugar. We will end the night staying at a hotel in the center of it all.

Parque Estadual Cantareira - Núcleo Pedra Grande
Day 2-3
Day 2: We will journey to Parque Estadual Cantareira where you will enjoy seeing monkeys, birds, and other wildlife along a beautiful hike that leads to an overlook of the entire city of Sao Paulo from afar. After this, we will venture down for lunch before departing for the island of Ilhabela. In the evening we will transition our accommodations to Templo Do Ser for the rest of the week.

Templo Do Ser
Day 3-4
For the rest of our Soulo Experience Heart Leap Retreat, we will be staying on the magical island of Ilhabella. Enjoy 5 nights staying at the serene Templo Do Ser (Temple of Being) in the jungle. This retreat center offers private rooms and bathrooms, healthy nutritious vegetarian meals, yoga, meditation, and a saltwater pool. Day 3: Settle into your new home for the rest of the week. We will enjoy a light morning with breakfast, yoga, and meditation, followed by a hike to a nearby waterfall. Enjoy the afternoon in nature before coming back for dinner.

Castelhanos
Day 4-5
Day 4: Embark on an epic jeep ride to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, the famous Castelhanos beach (the beach that has the shape of a heart), and return by boat – all to awaken your courageous spirit and the call of your heart.

Ilhabela
Day 5-6
Day 5: FREE DAY - The day is yours! Choose from several local excursions like snorkeling, cycling around the island, hiking for incredible views of the Atlantic Forest, exploring the city of Ilhabela, or staying in and enjoying a relaxing day with a massage and swimming in the pool. The choice is yours.

Praia de Calhetas
Day 6-7
Day 6: Rappel off a waterfall at the beautiful private reserve park Calhetas. In the care of seasoned guides, you will be harnessed and connected to a rope. After a brief instruction, you will then rappel slowly down this beautiful waterfall. After we will hike to the beach to enjoy a picnic by the water. We will then return to Templo Do Ser for our closing dinner.

Cachoeira do Paquetá
Day 7
Day 7: After breakfast, we will take a local excursion to the nearby Cachoeira do Paqueta waterfall for hiking and swimming. We will return for our final lunch at Templo Do Ser, and then pack up and depart to São Paulo and be back on your way.
