Hi, I'm Norci (and Jordan) and we love rocks and traveling :) We work 6 months in our home country New Zealand and then, we have 6 months traveling around the world. This year we decided to discover Canada, Washington State (USA), Slovenia, Croatia, Italy(northern and later Sardinia (for a surf&climb trip), Greece, Spain, and Portugal. This trip is about Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy. We are so lucky in Europe that everything is so close to each other. Our accommodation will be in Italy, near Trieste. I booked a private bedroom for you (or you two) with a double bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen, and towels. So I’m looking for 2 people who don’t mind to share a big bed, couples or friends maybe? If you would like the room for only yourself, I need to adjust the price but you won’t need to pay double. And the best is BREAKFAST INCLUDED! Aren't breakfasts just the best on a holiday morning? Plans are depending on the weather and our mood but I am planning to visit Osp in Slovenia, the Buzetski Kanjon in Croatia, and some sweet sweet seacliffs in Italy near Trieste. It would be the most ideal if you have your own gear and you are comfortable leading sports routes. Province of Trieste
Day 1
We would meet here, or we can pick you up in Venice, let's discuss what's more convenient for you! If you are hungry after the travel or arrive later we could grab some dinner here and then head to the accommodation, which is only 20 min away.

Dolina
Day 1-7
This is our base. We will always come back here to sleep. The furthest place will be about an hour drive away. Not much here, a quiet peaceful village with a small supermarket and a church. Best place for a rest day!

Osp
Day 7
Osp is one of the major climbing spots in Slovenia. Just a stone's throw away from Italy this small village is as laid back as it can get and a perfect climbing destination. A great variety of routes opens up above the 6b level, many of them offering extensions to 35-40m of strenuous climbing. Easier routes will have to be scouted out, but they are there. There is also a good selection of 90-150m sport multi-pitches. Exciting!

Buzetski kanjon
Day 7
This crag is in Croatia and will tale about 45 min drive from our accommodation. The crag: twin canyons with tufas, pockets, and crimps with your choice of sun or shade. overhang, vertical, slab, 150 routes, we will surely find something we all like.

Črni Kal
Day 7
With its shady forest, numerous routes of all difficulties, and splendid view onto the Gulf of Trieste render this Slovenian crag well worth a visit. The rock is part of a long limestone band that extends almost 150 km from Duino in Italy and continues via the Carso and Val Rosandra to enter Slovenia and finish at Rijeka in Croatia, forming an immense Karst plain. A lot of rocks!
