Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime? Join me and my boyfriend on an epic road trip through the stunning nature of Sweden, all the way up to the top of Kebnekaise, the country's highest mountain! It's going to be a journey filled with unforgettable experiences, and we'd love to have two people on our side. Here's what you can look forward to: Day 1: Gothenburg to Gävle We'll kick off the trip by departing from Gothenburg in the morning. Our first destination is Gävle, where we'll drive for about 6 hours. But don't worry, the journey will be full of exciting conversation along the way, listening to music, enjoying scenery, and stopping for lunch. Once we arrive, we'll set up camp in the beautiful nature outside Gävle, cook some dinner on the portable stove and spend the night under the stars in two cozy tents. Day 2: Gävle to Skuleskogens Nationalpark (Höga kusten) After a quick breakfast, we'll head towards Höga kusten and the enchanting Skuleskogens Nationalpark. The drive is around 4 to 5 hours, with a delightful lunch stop along the way. As we arrive at Höga kusten, prepare to be amazed by its UNESCO World Heritage landscapes. We'll embark on a 2-hour hike through the national park, and when it's time to rest, we'll set up camp in a scenic spot. Dinner will be a delicious lentil stew, cooked over a portable stove. Day 3: Skuleskogens Nationalpark to Storforsens Naturreservat We'll wake up early, enjoy a tasty breakfast, and hike back to the car. Next stop: Storforsens Naturreservat, around a 5.5-hour drive with lunch en route. Once we reach the reserve, the beauty of nature will take our breath away. We'll set up camp, explore the surroundings, and treat ourselves to a mouthwatering barbecue for dinner. Day 4: Storforsens Naturreservat to Nikkaluokta - Kebnekaise Fjällstation Another early start as we drive to Nikkaluokta (about 4 hours). From there, we'll embark on a thrilling 5-6 hour hike to Kebnekaise Fjällstation. Once we arrive, we'll cook a scrumptious tuna curry for dinner, set up our tents, and rest up before the big hike to the summit! Here we can also use the facilities included in the fjällstuga and take a shower. Day 5: The Summit of Kebnekaise - West Way Today is the day we conquer Kebnekaise! We'll rise early, have a quick breakfast, leave the tents and bigger stuff, take our smaller bags and embark on a 10-14 hour round tour hike. The west way is possible without a guide and offers breathtaking views. Let's challenge ourselves and create lifelong memories at the top of Sweden! We will cook frozen meals on the portable stove. BE AWARE : Please make sure you have 1 extra day available. We need to be sure of this if weather conditions are too dangerous to hike and we need to wait until the next day. Day 6: Kebnekaise Fjällstation to Nikkaluokta - Boden After a well-deserved rest, we'll have a quick breakfast and hike back to Nikkaluokta (5-6 hours). From there, it's about a 5-hour drive to Boden, where me and my boyfriend spend the night at a friend's place, and you will get the evening free! Don't worry; I'll make sure you have a comfortable stay! Day 7: Boden - Back Down South A well-deserved sleeping-in day! We'll take it easy in the morning, enjoy breakfast separately, and meet up around 11 to start our journey back south. We can decide together where to make stops along the way, exploring any hidden gems we come across. Day 8-9(-10): Our Choice! As we near the end of our adventure, we can either choose a shorter route back and drive around 8 hours a day, or split it into 3 days with camping in beautiful forests with delicious barbecues or meals cooked on our portable stove. Your input is invaluable! So, are you two ready to be part of this incredible journey, filled with nature, hiking, campfires, and marshmallows? We can't wait to share this experience with you both. Let's hit the road together and create memories that will last a lifetime! We speak Swedish and English! Btw, if you perhaps would like to join from another spot on the rout instead of Gothenburg, let me know!

Me (Sofie) and Christian, a nature-loving couple from Malmö. We adore being outdoors, soaking in the beauty of nature whenever we can. While we haven't conquered Kebnekaise yet, Christian has scaled Mount Blanc before – pretty cool, right? We have done plenty of hikes and camping in Sweden, so rest assure you'll be in safe hands with us. I have a passion for cooking and I adore cats. Christian's thing is bad dad jokes (don't tell him I said bad, hahah) that always lighten the mood. We're both very easy people and with us, you're guaranteed to have a fun and memorable time. Camping is my way of immersing myself in nature's beauty. It's budget-friendly, flexible, and lets me cook tasty meals over campfires. I embrace the adventure and cherish the self-reliance it teaches. Setting up tents with friends, sharing stories, and disconnecting from screens create lasting memories. It's about enjoying life's simple joys and being one with nature.

We will only be camping on this trip (except for in Boden where you can choose yourself). I will provide the tents and guide you through the set-up, but you will be carrying and setting it up yourself! Some learning on the way as well! Sleeping in tents has its charm, but it's not super comfortable, so be sure you can handle sleeping in a tent for 8-9 days. Looking forward to having you with us!
