Day 1-2
Day 1: Arrival in London Welcome to London - the heart of international finance 💰, British history and high-society 🍸. London is connected to the world by six international airports, of which most run a direct bus or metro line to the city center. Upon arrival, please find your way to the hotel, where you will meet your fellow traveler for the weekend. I will provide the hotel address and be happy to help with directions, if needed. 🛩️ Depending on your time of arrival, you can check in into your allocated hotel room and take a walk around the suburb of Notting Hill. Saturday is free for everyone to do and explore whatever you like. Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and Portobello Road are only 5 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. If you arrive early, leave the luggage with the hotel reception and visit London's other attractions such as the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. We will meet in the evening around 6pm for dinner and meeting our fellow tripmates for the carnival weekend! INCLUDED ✅3 nights in a 3*Hotel in London (in your own private room) with breakfast

Day 2-3
Day 2: J’Ouvert Carnival - Sunday Sunday heralds the beginning of the carnival 🎭. J’Ouvert is French for “beginning of the day” and the carnival begins at dawn, usually around 6am. But times may vary and are, thus, subject to change. 👯 Painted drummers and bands lead the parade and make a lot of noise to call people up to join the festival and forget themselves for a day. You also shouldn't miss its opening and be there to welcome the Carnival revelers with the rising sun. The opening ceremony starts a few hours later and will be followed by a day full of music and events. You can spend our time at the event or use the afternoon for more sightseeing around London. I will accompany you in London tomorrow morning for the final day of the Carnival. Last year`s programme: J'Ouvert: 6-9am Official Opening Ceremony: 10-10:30am Sound Systems & Live Music Stages: 12-19pm INCLUDED ✅Visiting the carnival parade

The Grand Parade usually starts at 8am and finishes at around 8:30 pm. It stretches an astonishing 5.5 km. The festival folks walk along countless trading, food and drink stalls, drummers and visitors. Community bands and groups perform and play live music on stage. Young and old people from all around the world will be dancing, chatting and having a blast of a time together! Whereas on J’Ouvert-Saturday we may spend our afternoon in the City of London, today I recommend you to follow the whole event. The Notting Hill Carnival is definitely something to look forward to!
