Horse riding & Thai Yoga Massage - a horse trip through Romania

Horse trip and Thai yoga massage in one?!!! From 14 - 20 July 2023 we offer a unique adventure in the Romanian wilderness. If you've always wanted to ride through beautiful nature on the back of a horse, while also getting to know the human body better, this is the place for you. In addition, there is self-awareness in a dynamic group process. Our goal is to combine this journey through the outer wilderness with a journey through your own body and mind. All this in a safely held space and in a pleasant, humorous atmosphere. A typical daily schedule: Each morning, after a fortifying breakfast, we will break camp and ride through nature until our next night's camp. Depending on the distance, we will set up camp around afternoon and take care of the horses. After a break to enjoy the nature and the silence we will have a workshop together mostly in the early evening. The focus will be the bodywork on one partner. For this I will use elements from traditional Thai Yoga massage, OsteoThai and Qi Gong. Afterwards we will sit together around the campfire, over which we will cook together, tell stories or just enjoy the fire and the stars. Then you have the possibility to join us for half the price. Registration deadline: 1.5.2023 The price includes meals, accommodation in the community tent, all workshops, riding and the memory of an unforgettable trip. Each participant will be able to ride at least half the time. This allows for an intense experience with your horse and for you to indulge in the other aspects of the trip at the same time.
