Rafting, ATV, Jeep Safari Trip in Bosnia

UPDATE PLEASE NOTE The itinerary has been changed to add atv quad tour on top of the canyon instead of pyramids and guided day trip to Sarajevo. Instead, we will be driven to Sarajevo on the last day. We can explore together throughout the day if you want. Either way, the cost is the same. Also, when we meet at the airport, we will get a driver to take us to the rafting site. This is also included in the price. Finally, spring is here, and do you know what that means? Water! As an added bonus, I am adding a jeep safari to our itinerary. My name is Jai, and I have been white water rafting twice. One time was in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania and the other was in a village an hour from Tbilisi, Georgia. I love rafting and feeling the waves. This is why my goal is to spend as much time in the water as I can this summer. And the best news of all is you are invited to come with me! This rafting season will start on the Tara River, which is also known as the tear of Europe. Combined with its magical mountain scenery, it is beloved by locals and tourists alike. We will have 5 days in a bungalow, so it will be a shared space. We will have 4 days and 3 nights. During the days, we will be rafting. The total rafting distance will be 25km each rafting day. The price Includes: - Accommodation - 5 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 1 snack, 4 dinners - Rafting 2 days - Jeep safari and atv tour - Entrance fee to NP "Durmitor" - Tourist tax - Transportation by our off-road vehicles during the arrangement - Rafting insurance - Licensed guides -Airport transfer -Transfer from rafting site to downtown Sarajevo Not included: - Flights - Souvenirs - Bar and purchased food at the center's restaurant (outside meals) It will be best if we meet in Sarejevo at the airport and take a bus to the Center. Once we are there, the rafting fun begins! Day 1 Meet at the airport in Sarajevo and get a bus to rafting center. Arrive at rafting center by 6:00pm. (Please let me know in advance if your flight is scheduled later).. Get settled into bungalow. Eat dinner and then hang out around the campfire. Day 2 We will begin with an early breakfast. Then we will pick up rafting supplies and be driven the starting point of the rafting trip. We will go upstream and along the way be given a course on rafting safety and techniques. We will raft, take breaks for photography, and snacks. When we get back to camp, our lunch will be waiting for us. We will then hang out at camp, walk, and/or play sports til we eat dinner. After dinner, we will hang out by the campfire. Day 3 We wake up with a delicious mountain breakfast. We rest our bones by taking a jeep safari. This is what it will include. We will go in off-road vehicles to National Park "Durmitor" and head towards Piva Canyon, passing through 56 tunnels. We will see Piva Dam and cross along Piva Mountain with jeeps. Then our tour begins at village of Trsa (1470m / above sea level)continue the journey through Durmitor and passes by the mountain lakes. We will cross Sedlo Pass and go the Sedlo pass (1907m / above sea level) and arrive at the mountain tourist place Žabljak (1456m / above sea level), where we will have a rest. We will drive through Piva Canyon and Durmitor. Then we will go to the Canyon of Tara and arrive at Ćurevac, where there is a view of the canyon and Tara River. After lunch, we will descend through the deepest section of the canyon to the village of Nedajno, then Trsa, and finish the tour. We will go back to camp. Day 4 A repeat of day 2 MORE RAFTING! Day 5 We will end by taking a final day trip! After having breakfast, we will go in offroad vehicles to Bistrica canyon towards Miljacka and Sarajevo. We will see sand pyramids, over 200 years old, that were crafted by the forces of nature. Then we will drive to Sarajevo and see the Miljacka River, and then eat Sarajevo kebabs in Baščaršija. There will be places to buy handmade souvenirs. We will visit the National Monument, a building from the Austro-Hungarian period, known as Marin (Marijin) Dvor and take pictures in front of the Eternal Flame monument. We will see the Vijećnica monument. The trip will end in Sarejevo. But I hope you had a great time and hope to see you on an adventure again soon! Looking forward to traveling with you!
