Photography workshop in Lanzarote - Canary islands 📸 Volcanos, beaches, stars, landscapes

It is one of the wildest island of the Canaries, where surfers' beaches meet old volcanoes and natural parks. 🌋​ Lanzarote amazes for its beauty and its immeasurable charm that have always made it one of the favorite destinations for those who love to surround themselves with a unique and timeless landscape📸​ Hey 👋, I'm Giulio. I'm a landscape photographer and i biologist, I love nature and exploring new places with my camera 📸 Join me in this trip to see the best side of this amazing island. Lanzarote is located only a hundred kilometers from the coast of Morocco🇲🇦​ Bathed by the Atlantic, the island is politically Spanish but geographically North African, so you just need your ID with you🌎​Also known as Isla del Fuego (island of fire) Lanzarote is covered almost entirely with solidified lava, which, depending on the sunlight, takes on various colors: from black to pink, from purple to ocher and this is why it's perfect for our landscape workshop. The protection of the environment, its unspoiled nature, the feeling of being in a primitive environment. It is no coincidence that it was declared a "World Biosphere Reserve" by Unesco. Are you willing to enter photography world? this workshop is for you, we will discuss techniques and some tips for starting your new passion. Are you already an experienced photographer? Join us to see the best spots on the island. Included in the price: - 7 nights accomodation (each person a single room, look in the trip section the photos of the house) - workshop fee (since I put lots of work for the organization 😝) - Private driver and car (me 😎 and rented car🚘​.) - Fuel is inclued⛽️ - It's a chance to see non-touristy hidden gems💎​ - Trasport from/to the airport it's included (always me😎) Excluded in the price: - Flight tickets ( I chose Monday/Monday cause are cheaper) - Personal expenses (Food and drinks, souvenirs, tickets for museums, travel and equipment insurance, visa fees, etc.) - For common expenses, we will use SplitWise, an app that would allow us to track our shared expenses. - Boat ticket for La Graciosa, eventual bike, an eventual ticket for a guided tour in Timanfaya national park or other attractions. - If we decide to surf the lesson it's not included. Accommodation: - We will be in a typical patio Canario in the center of San Bartolomé, a small town in the middle of the island. It's a perfect starting point for every spot. - There are 5 double rooms, every person is going to have one entire room. Travel Information ✈️: - Arrival & Departure Airport: Lanzarote airport (ACE) - I'm taking care of your transportation from/to the airport🤗​ Weather | Sun 🌞: The daily highs stop around 22 ° C, while the daily lows fall down to 14 °C/12°C. Maximum recorded temperature The highest temperature ever recorded in Lanzarote in November is 34.2 ° C, while the lowest temperature ever recorded on the island during this month is 10.9 ° C. It could be pretty windy, but this depends on the day and it's very unpredictable. Sunrise will be at 6.50am and sunrise will be at 18. Requirements and Difficulty - The workshop it's open to all photography 📸 levels - It's best to have an analog/digital camera, but also smartphone are perfect. You can always learn and see amazing landscape taking awesome pictures. - The schedule is going to be pretty busy, but very satisfying - The island is not that big, but we will travel a lot with the car, if you suffer the car i really suggest you to take the right medicines for beeing good, because the roads are between volcanos and not always straight. - We will take walks. You need to be fit for that. Bring comfortable and resistent shoes, volcanic rocks ruin a lot your shoes. 👟 - Bring your laptop 💻 or ipad as well to upload and edit photos in the workshop. - Bring a wind stopper. - A tripod would be useful, but it's not mandatory. We will discuss about it in the workshop. Note: This is going to be a workshop, but I don't want to delete all the good parts of the travel, we'll have times when we talk about techniques and also good times doing what we want at the moment🥳 What do you think about surfing in one of the most beautiful beaches of Europe? Building a story 5. types of composition 6. HDR, panoramas, night photography 7.Sunset photography AT HOME: 1. Basics of Lightroom 2. Grading masks 3. HDR and replacements 4. Clone stamps 5. Color grading 6. Night photography editing In case of just 2 or 3 people joining we can find a different location and a cheaper car, but the costs will be a little bit higher.
