Would you like to tick from your bucket list a trip to the wonderful islands of Fernando de Noronha? What is this island on top of a volcano that once was a prison and today is a piece of pure paradise where you can meet plenty of celebrities around? We are talking about Fernando de Noronha, baby. Oooh yeah! As a Brazilian person, I have already organised your perfect accommodation, the best restaurants for your dinner, a highly trained diving instructor to teach you how to dive in English and deliver you the PADI Open Water Diver certificate, the world's most recognised scuba certification, through a process that will show you under the sea things you never saw before, but also teaching you something about yourself and the marine life. Also, we will explore the local cuisine like there's no tomorrow, starting with a food festival, passing to fantastic fresh sushi and finishing with the traditional cocada and ice cream pudding. To finish our experience, let's enjoy a boat trip and swim with sharks and turtles around the island's hot spots. Are you ready for this experience? Because if you are, I am even more 🤘🏿 Some extra information: *The weather in Brazil during October is ideal. Not that hot, as in the peak of the summer and not winter; *For Brazil, you'll need diphtheria and tetanus vaccines; *Plastic isn't allowed on the island, so avoid bringing it; *The plug types common in Brazil are C and N models; *I'll bring repellents, you don't need to worry about it; *Price for a shared room is €825 and €1650 for a private room. Ps: This trip is subject to the hotel and diving classes availability.

I am Ana Terra, I'm 33 years old, Brazilian, currently living and working in England as a medical and police interpreter. I am also opening my brand of Brazilian cachaça, because I love my country, with all its culture and beauty. It's a long time I don't visit my home and as soon as I had the opportunity to visit anywhere in the world through JoinMyTrip, all I could think about was to check this incredible experience from my bucket list.

I am a really chilled, flexible and open-minded person and I value real connections and experiences in life. I already have been to eleven different countries and I speak three languages. Please let me know if you have any questions in the Q&A section! I am looking forward to meeting you in Brazil 😊

Trip Itinerary

Fernando de Noronha

Day 1-8
I will meet you at the airport with your SIM card and the transport to our hotel will be already arranged. We will have one day to rest, get used to our group and the place, so we can start our activities the next day.

Fernando de Noronha

Day 8
We will have three days of training to become a diver, one of theory and two of practice. All our classes will be taught by a highly skilled teacher, in English. At the end of the process, you'll have your open water diver certification, which never expires and will give you the ability to dive by yourself until 18 meters. Every night we'll explore a famous restaurant and the wonderful local food. I selected the best restaurants in the region, one each day! I chose the most famous food festival there, with a massive selection of dishes and events, the best sushi place and the best local food.

Fernando de Noronha

Day 8
To finish the trip, we'll enjoy a boat trip to explore every hot spot on the island and swim with turtles and sharks. But before that, we will visit the Tamar Project, responsible for the conservation and management of the island. We will learn how they keep it protected, how they protect and breed turtles each season, and what projects are in place to keep the island a paradise. After it, we'll have our transfer back to the airport, our hearts full of gratitude and our thoughts in the next trip!
