DAY 2 - Day walk tour - Castel dell'Ovo e Maschio Agioino (Castel) - Restaurant: Trattoria Nennella ( Neapolitan food traditions) - Naples Underground (Napoli Sotterranea) - Pizza Master Class ( A proper chef will show us how to make a good pizza and all the story behind this amazing meal, at the end we'll eat our Pizzas!) - Nightlife in Naples

Day 4 The city of Pompeii is famous because it was destroyed in 79 CE when a nearby volcano, Mount Vesuvius, erupted, covering it in at least 19 feet (6 metres) of ash and other volcanic debris. The city's quick burial preserved it for centuries before its ruins were discovered in the late 16th century. It's a big old town preserved for centuries.

PIZZA MASTERCLASS We will receive all the explanations on the ingredients. Its process and its secrets and step by step you will prepare the Neapolitan dough! The second step consists in cutting the dough, using a special technique that has existed for over 600 years, called "mozzatura", learned by those who work with mozzarella in the kitchen. Later you will be offered a local appetizer, you can taste organic products from Vesuvius, homemade bread, and fried arancini. This part is very important for you in order to understand the high quality of the products that everyone should use when cooking. At the end, we will prepare the Margherita pizza! We will learn how to roll out the pizza dough and add ingredients as only a chef can do. Finally, we will cook the pizza in the Neapolitan oven.

Spiaggia della Gaiola
Day 6
Day 5 For the last day, we have probably the best activity - we'll visit first the amazing Castel of Sant'Elmo to then go kayaking during the sunset to Gaiola. A new way to discover the beauties of our coast, with the natural park of Gaiola, the beach with thirty oars, the coast of Marechiaro, Villa Rosbery, the rock of salt stone, and much more. A day between sea and sun, the best way to switch off and get closer to the sea. In respect of an ecosystem that, thanks to the Gaiola Marine Park, is repopulating these waters that have pampered different populations for millennia.

Amalfi Coast
Day 6
On the last day, we'll go to Salerno and from there get a private boat to see the Amalfi coast from the sea. We will enjoy the amazing super clean Tyrrhenian Sea and the stunning caves of the coast. It will be totally worth it!
