Day 1
Day 1: Arrival and Exploring the City - We will check into the hostel, drop off your bags, and freshen up. - Once everyone is ready we will head out to explore the city by foot. - Explore the lively El Poblado neighborhood which is known for its lively atmosphere and nightlife. We will walk around and try some of the local cuisine, such as the famous bandeja paisa or arepas.

Guatapé
Day 1-2
Day 2: Exploring Guatape We are taking a day trip to the colorful town of Guatape. Once we arrive in Guatape, we will climb the 740 steps to the top of the El Peñol rock formation, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. Explore the town of Guatape, which is famous for its colorful houses and cobblestone streets. We will also take a boat ride around the nearby lake or try some of the local cuisine.

Comuna 13
Day 2-4
Day 3: Comuna 13 and paragliding In the morning, get a bird's-eye view of the majestic mountains surrounding the city of Medellín on a paragliding excursion. After the tour, we will visit Comuna 13, which was once one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Medellin but has now become a symbol of hope and resilience.

Day 4-5
Day 4: Coffee Tour and Street Food We will a day trip to one of the nearby coffee farms to learn about Colombia's coffee culture and its therapeutic uses on this insightful visit to a local coffee farm and wellness spa. Unwind as you receive a relaxing massage with coffee oils and scrubs. In the evening, we will head to the El Poblado neighbourhood to enjoy some drinks and music with new friends.

Day 5: Departure We will spend our final morning in Medellin exploring any sites or neighbourhoods that we may have missed. Check out of your accommodation and head to the airport for your departure flight.
