Hi everyone, I’m Sam :) I’m 23 years old and after having lived in Indonesia for a few months I absolutely fell in love with the country. This year, I’m combining my favorite destination with my favorite activity: surfing in Lombok. Come join me on this unforgettable surfing trip! ✅ What’s included? - Accommodation for 7 nights - Shared Room - Daily surf sessions with experienced instructors - Free use of surf equipment throughout the week - Surf theory class - Video analysis - Daily restorative Yoga classes - Strength training session - 6x Breakfast - Welcome dinner - Airport transfer - Travel insurance (ONLY if you’re a German or Austrian resident) For everyone who wants to learn how to surf/improve their surfing skills, this truly is the trip of a lifetime! There are upscale surf & yoga retreats located in the Kuta town center in Lombok and experienced instructors that will help us improve our surfing skills in a week. The Accommodation 🛏 We’ll be staying at a 6-room property in the heart of Kuta, close to many restaurants. It has a pool, outdoor dining room and a rooftop yoga space. Each room has a desk, Wi-Fi, AC, private bathroom with rain shower, a private veranda and sustainable toiletries. This shared room has 2 large, comfortably twin beds and will be shared with one other person (of the same sex). Check out the pictures! If you prefer your own private room, check out my profile. The surfing 🏄🏽‍♀️ Whether this is your first time on a surfboard or you’re already catching your first green waves, everyone is welcome on this surf retreat. The surf instructors know what they’re doing and will make sure we have the most fun in the water! The food 🥘 A daily tasty breakfast and our welcome dinner is included in the price. For all other meals, we’ll go to Lombok’s amazing restaurants and bars. Lombok is cheap for Western standards, but do allow a budget of approx. €120 for food (not including drinks). Day 1-8

On Sunday, we'll meet at our home for the next 8 days: the beautiful Surf & Yoga village. Airport/port transfers within Lombok are included in the price if you let me know beforehand where/what time you're arriving in Lombok. Personally, I'll be traveling from Bali to Lombok by boat (the cheaper option), but it's also possible to travel by plane. Need help on deciding how to get there? I'm happy to help out. After checking in, we'll have a welcome dinner at the retreat and get the chance to get to know each other. We'll get a surf briefing as well to take us through what we can expect.

Kuta Beach

Day 8

From Monday to Saturday, we'll surf at least once every day. After breakfast, we'll get started straight away and head to a beach. Depending on your surf level, you'll either go to a beach-break with smaller waves or take a boat through a reef-break to surf green waves. Every afternoon, after having lunch, we'll either surf some more or do something else, depending on what we feel like. Lombok is stunning, so we could explore waterfalls, visit a local village, go snorkeling, go to a hot spring or just relax by the pool/at the beach. Tuesday we have a surf theory class, Wednesday a surf training session and Thursday a video analysis to really improve our surfing skills! These activities are all optional.

Day 8

Every night around sunset time we'll have a yoga class and our last night we can go to a beautiful sunset spot to celebrate our amazing week together. On Sunday, it's time to check out of our beautiful stay and say goodbye. I'll be staying in Lombok to discover the island a bit more, so those who feel like it can stay and explore with me.
