Using the singing bowl a musical instrument with deep roots in Nepal, later gaining popularity in Tibet and India, undertake a course to harness its healing and meditative potential. Completion of this course also equips to teach an introductory course. The Training offers an authentic sound experience, allowing a deep connection with our inner self. This simple yet profound practice will help tap into the universal energy through the singing bowl's sound, promoting healing on a cellular level and quieting the incessant chatter of the mind. Training Center Check in - 2pm & Check-out 1130am At this training center, the accommodation is tailored for your comfort and convenience, with your PRIVATE room featuring an attached bathroom equipped with hot and cold showers to ensure a refreshing experience. Additionally, the center provides towels and slippers for your convenience. To keep guests nourished and energized, the center offers three delicious vegetarian or vegan meals daily, with the added delight of cultural food served on special festival days and during rituals. Guests can also enjoy a daily herbal tea, as part of the center's offerings. For the daily yoga practice, the center provides two sessions per day, complete with yoga mats ready for use. Staying hydrated is essential, so access to drinking water is available throughout your stay.
