What's special?
special Spiritual Coaching/ Teaching
special Daily Meditation
special Daily Yoga (Morning + Night)
Enjoy a 10-Day Yoga and Meditation Retreat by the beautiful Mountains of Arizona. As a Yoga and Spiritual Teacher, I will lead Daily Morning/ Night Yoga and Meditations in Dry Detoxifying Heat Arizona. In addition, you will enjoy the fitness facilities at the resort and Hike through the mountain parks nearby. The First and 10th days will be for Checking in and Checking Out; thus, you will have eight full days to experience spiritual growth and inner enlightenment. One day you will experience a trip to the Grand Canyon and another day at the Spa in your resort. Most days, we can eat at a restaurant throughout the journey, inside or outside the resort, excluding the day trips to Shamans Cave and Grand Canyon. I will take Tarot and Astrology Readings appointments for those who desire to experience a Spiritual Session with me. There is no extra charge as it is included in your TripFee. The goal is detoxifying the body in Dry Heat and creating spiritual discipline and connection to your Masculine (Yang) and Feminine (Yin) energies through Vinyasa/ Yin Yoga and Meditations. Also, Hiking will require us to be in our Masculine (Yang) movement meditation, and the nights will be relaxing by the pool in our Feminine (Yin), silent meditation. Each day will have a theme in which we connect, following the seven-chakra system. **All TripMates will contribute to the Gas used to drive to locations during the Week, which is included in your trip price.

My name is Rozalia Kieliszkiewicz. I am a Body, Mind Spirit Coach guiding others through Energy Healing (Reiki, Tarot, Astrology...), Holistic Nutrition, and Fitness (Yoga, Personal Training, Animal Flow, HIIT). This trip aims to share my expertise with those who desire to have a period where they can detoxify their glands in the dry heat of Arizona and connect with their inner shaman. This trip is designed to connect and create spiritual discipline, touching base with our personal beliefs and healing our spirit on deep levels. Every morning we will wake up, and I will guide you through a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow with 10-15 minute Guided Meditation where we will connect with a spiritual intention that will follow us throughout our day. We will then go hiking near the mountains, head to Oak Creek, or go on our day trips ( Grand Canyon, Shamans Cave, Oak Village Visit). We will eat at the restaurant in the resort or drive to a restaurant nearby. I will guide you through a 30-minute Yin Yoga in the evening. We will be a small group of 4-6 people. Thus this trip will be a mixture between structure and free flow. I want everyone to feel comfortable and at ease. The goal is for your soul to feel pleased to be what it needs to be during this healing journey with no judgment. - I will most likely travel with my Tennis Racket, as the resort has a Tennis court, and I am open to playing anyone who wishes to take me on;) **It is recommended to bring your mat. However, their resort does have Yoga Mats for those who may need them.
