We're going for a new hike and bike experience, this time in Portugal in the mountains of Serra da Estrela! This is the highest peak of Portugal, but totally feasible for all levels of experience. My name is Cedric, I am an experienced hike and biker who traveled in multiple destinations through the world visiting places with a bike. I love being in the mountains and exploring tracks by electric mountain bike. I will guide you through the forests of the Portuguese countryside. The trip starts from Porto, where we will do an e-bike visit through the city on day 1. You can arrive earlier to discover more of Porto. We will leave Porto in the morning of day 2 to arrive in the mountains by noon. On day 3 we go for an electric mountain biking adventure. Day 4 is a full hiking day and day 5 we will leave the mountains in the afternoon after visiting the typical village of Seia with its traditional and locally made cheese and then come back to Porto. Day 1-2
Day 1: We will make a visit through Porto on your arrival day, see the nice scenery, taste some port wine and spend the night here after visiting a typical bar. VIP pack includes the *Electric bike tour* Accommodation in a *private room* in an apartment

Serra da Estrela
Day 2
Day 2: You will have a tasty breakfast at the hostel, included. Around 10am we meet to pick up the rental car in the center of porto to leave to the mountains. We will arrive in the Serra da Estrela around noon and do a short hike in the afternoon. We will discover the highest mountain in Portugal, which has more than 300km of hiking trails in a beautiful landscape with a low amount of people. We can visit the glacial valleys and natural points of interest (Zezere, Paixao, Perdigueiro)

Day 2-3
Day 3: E-bike adventure (full day) VIP package *includes the E-MTB rental* We will rent an electric mountain bike (optional) and explore the surroundings. If you have never experienced an electric mountain bike before, this is your chance to discover an amazing way of transportation in between a healthy exercise and the comfort of a dirtbike. I am an e-bike guide in Porto and will support you to enjoy this challenge.

Day 3-4
Day 4: Hiking (full day) with picnic! We will explore the waterfalls and see different species of animals. At this period of the year, the waterfalls have the biggest amount of water due to the melting of the ice.

Seia
Day 4-5
Accomodation: VIP package includes a *private room* We will be sleeping in the village of Seia at the entrance of the mountains. I have selected a Four-Bedroom House (Entire holiday home of 228 m²) with Private pool, Balcony, Garden, Mountain View, Air conditioning, Private bathroom, Dishwasher, Barbecue, Terrace, Coffee machine, Free Wi-Fi. I'm sure we will find the time to try all these amenities during our stay. Bring your swim wear (or not?) for the pool and also to dip in the waterfalls! Let's enjoy the delicious local meat on the BBQ, and in april we should have some sun to enjoy the terrace for a morning sunny brunch! The idea is to be sportive during this trip but also to enjoy some relaxing time and wellbeing in the fresh clean air from the mountain. I have chosen a big and comfortable house, so each one can enjoy his holidays and also have some private time off from the group if you need.

Day 5 (departure day): - Check out of the accommodation - visit of the village of Seia, taste the typical and locally produced cheese. - Drive back to Porto with stops at points of interest on the way back and short hikes - return of the rental car (19h) - Farewell dinner in Porto (not included)
