Guided trip
Welcome to Tenerife, the island of a thousand landscapes! I am Pedro, French-Guatemalan born in Brazil. Yes, I know, it's a bit too much πŸ™„. So, I consider myself more of a citizen of the world 🌍. I lived in Guatemala for 25 years and then made the decision to migrate to France (my studies allowed me to do so πŸ‘¨πŸΌβ€πŸŽ“). Finally, I am 37 years old! Tenerife is the largest island in the Canary archipelago, and it is also the one with the largest amount of volcanoes: 11πŸŒ‹! Including the Teide, the third highest volcano in the world with its 3715 meters of altitude. It will be a very nature trip with a lot of trekking πŸ₯Ύ and adventure. If the weather is good, we can enjoy the sea 🌊 and the natural pools. We will mingle with the locals and we will discover the Canarian gastronomy πŸ–πŸ€. Dishes and tapas to share! The trip will be simply awesome! The photos πŸ“Έ, the people, the stories, the anecdotes... an adventure that will undoubtedly be engraved forever in our memories. This is the itinerary: Day 1: Arrival Day 2: Trek in Analga Rural Parc and visit San Cristobal la Laguna Day 3: Trek in mont Gujarat Day 4: Visit Mapais de la Rasca and Ferry to la Gomera Island Day 5: Trek in National Parc Garajonay Day 6: Trek, relax at beach la Caleta, and ferry back to Tenerife Day 7: Visit the third-highest volcano in the world: Teide Day 8: Goodbye We will be driving around 70 km in total Treks are from medium to diffucult. Anaga Rural Park

Day 2-3
Today it is direction northeast of Tenerife. We will visit the rural park of Anaga, a park with a variation of very varied landscapes: forest of laurels, dug canyons, vineyards, terraced potatoes, hamlets with houses. This volcanic massif is over 1000m high. In 2015, the park was classified as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO. We will do a hike of about 4 hours and we will enjoy the views towards Teide and the island. In the afternoon we will taste local products for lunch and we will discover the culture of this island of a thousand landscapes. We will stop in San Cristobal de la Laguna, a city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Mount Guajara

Day 3-4
After gaining strength during breakfast, our goal for the day: reach the summit of the Guajara mountain, which culminates at 2715 meters. This mountain is found in the Teide National Park. This mountain is famous thanks to the astronomical observations carried out by the Frenchman Jean Mascart. On the horizon we can see the islands of Gran Canaria, La Gomera, La Palma, and El Hierro. After a long hike. It's time for a well-deserved rest.
4

Malpais De La Rasca

Day 4-5
In the early morning, we will take the opportunity to discover the Malpais de la Rasca nature reserve. It will be a pleasant hike where we will follow the seaside. After this beautiful walk, we go to the Los Cristianos port to take the ferry to La Gomera
5

Garajonay National Park

Day 5-6
We start the day in great shape. After breakfast, head to Garajonay National Park. The trail will take us to the highest waterfall on the island: El Cedro. The park consists of 4000 hectares and more than 400 plant species. After this beautiful walk, we will move to San Sebastian, capital of La Gomera. This will be an opportunity to discover this small town.

Playa de la Caleta

Day 6-7
It's time to leave the island and return to Tenerife, but first a short walk that will take us to the seaside, especially to the beach La Caleta. After a great trek rich in landscapes, head for our farewell meal. It will be a very nostalgic moment but also with a lot of laughter, anecdotes to tell.
