You can discover what makes Jakarta even more special while doing remote work! Hello to the globetrotters! While immersing yourself with remote work, you can also visit museums, cultural attractions, and authentic culinary spots. After all, there is ART in Jakarta! Jakarta is a historic city full of amusement. We will travel in a small group, as it's more intimate and more secure and in order to reduce carbon footprint and get to the destination faster, we will utilise public transportation, or use the local equivalent of Uber (Gojek/Grab) What we will do: - Museum visits! - Trying authentic cuisine! - Artistic activities!

I'm Nanda, based in Jakarta and a native Jakartan myself. I love learning about languages, cultures, geography, and culinary. I'm also very passionate about art and travelling. I love to introduce people to my culture and country as much as I love to learn about theirs.

We will stay in an accommodation located in Southern part of Jakarta, and the room will be shared. Wi-fi will be provided by the accommodation and I can add some spare data plan in case emergency happen. There are also various street vendors and hawkers, you can grab a quick bites for breakfast in convenience shops, food vendor stalls, and many more. Day 1-7
Here I will welcome your arrival and guide you through your city. I will also escort you to your accommodation and bound together with small activities, such as playing games, having a discussion session, and give you a small intro to Jakartan and Indonesian history!

Kota Tua

Day 7-8
If you're want to go sightseeing old Dutch buildings in Jakarta, this is the place! Kota Tua has some remnants of old Dutch architecture, complete with Jakarta history museum that will show you some antique ! Provided, this will take place on Friday!

Little Tokyo Blok M

Day 8-9
Here lies the mini Tokyo of Indonesia. Don't let the name fool you, plethora of good food awaits you in this district, from Japanese, Korean, Javanese, and many more! We can collectively decide on what do we want to eat and proceed with the decision. This is the start of our culinary tour! Provided, this will take place on Friday!

Museum Basoeki Abdullah

Day 9-10
We can start the artistic tour by visiting Museum Basoeki Abdullah, a famous Indonesian realist painter who painted fabulous works during cold war era! He delved in many topics such as spiritualism, nature, and humanity. We will see his works and some exhibits. This will be the beginning of art tour! Provided, this will take place on Saturday!

M Bloc Space

Day 10-11
We are going back to M Bloc, and this is a spot designed for those who love antique spots! You can find local culinary while also browsing for vinyls and some locally and ethically manufactured products! Provided, this will take place on Sunday!

Museum MACAN (Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara)

Day 11-12
We will sneak a peek into some Indonesia contemporary art by visiting Museum MACAN, we can see contemporary arts created by Indonesian artists and many more! It's a very colourful and vibrant museum, so you might as well grind your photography skill here! Provided, this will take place on Friday!

MOJA Museum

Day 12-13
Yet another contemporary art spot that we can visit in Jakarta, MOJA Museum! Not only you can see the contemporary works, but also interact with some works! Plenty of cute selfie spots, and you can also do roller skate! You can also try to paint some painting in this museum! Provided, this will take place on Saturday!
