Merhaba! Would you like to see Istanbul like a local? If yes, continue reading! The first city that comes to mind when Turkey is mentioned is Istanbul and it is such a fascinating city that it really deserves its reputation. I think a lifetime is not enough to visit all parts of Istanbul, but I plan to see the most famous places in Istanbul in 3 days. We will spend the first and second days on the European side and the last day on the Anatolian side. Feel free to ask any questions in the Q&A section below! I'm more than happy to schedule a call with you after booking to ensure we're a good fit and that this trip meets your expectations. I'm eagerly looking forward to hearing from you! 🙌🏻 See you in Istanbul! 🇹🇷🤍

Trip Itinerary

Taksim Square
Day 1-2
In the morning, after checking into the hotel and having something to eat, we will go to Taksim Square. We can relieve our stress in Gezi Park in Taksim. Afterwards, we will go to Pera Museum, an excellent art museum. :) Our third stop will be the Church of Saint Antoine. This church is a catholic church and is an example of Italian architecture in Istanbul. Finally, we will return to our accommodation after visiting the Galata Tower, one of the most important structures forming the silhouette of Istanbul...
2
Sultanahmet
Day 2-3
We will spend our second day in Sultanahmet Square. Our first stop will be Hagia Sophia. Hagia Sophia represents a brilliant moment in Byzantine architecture and art. You'll like it. :) Then we will visit the Blue Mosque. This mosque is one of the most famous mosques in Turkey. And then we will visit the Basilica Cistern. The Basilica Cistern is a closed water cistern built in 526-527 to meet the water needs of the city. After visiting the Basilica Cistern, we'll go to the Istanbul Archaeological Museum. This is a truly stunning palace. We will continue our tour with the Grand Bazaar. It's possible to find beautiful souvenirs here. 💅🏻 Finally, we will go to Gulhane Park. Gülhane Park, full of bird chirping, flowers and various trees, will be relaxing for us in the evening. And then we'll go back to our accomodation.
3
Anatolian Side
Day 3-4
On our third day, we will go to the Painting Museum, which is very close to the Dolmabahçe Palace. It is possible to see the works of hundreds of painters in this museum. We can also take a look at Dolmabahçe Palace from afar. Then we will go to Üsküdar district on the Anatolian side. It is possible to watch the Maiden's Tower in Üsküdar. If we have time after spending time on the Anatolian side, we can go to Balat, the colorful district of Istanbul. It is possible to see many Greek churches in Balat. And then we'll go back to our accomodation.
