Trip Itinerary
1
San Teodoro
Day 1-8
San Teodoro is really popular among Italians and Europeans because of its pristine beaches and crystal clear sea, a true paradise for summer lovers. During the evening, there is also a local market along the streets and alleys of the center where many stalls sell typical products and souvenirs. Summer also brings various events such as village festivals, concerts, and exhibitions. If you want to spend a pleasant holiday of relaxation and fun, surrounded by wild nature and a sea with a thousand shades of blue, don't miss San Teodoro!
2
La Cinta Beach
Day 8
La Cinta is one of the most famous beaches in all of Sardinia and with its 4 kilometers of very fine white sand and shallow waters with crystal clear sea, it attracts thousands of tourists every summer. During windy days, this beach is also a perfect place for windsurfers and kitesurfers.
3
Brandinchi Beach
Day 8
It is my favorite beach and you will no doubt be fascinated by it. Located in a beautiful wild natural setting, surrounded by pine trees, with its white sand and shallow crystalline waters reminiscent of Polynesia it is also known as little Tahiti. The beach is 1 km long and it is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Sardinia.
4
Lu Impostu
Day 8
Next to the beach of Cala Brandinchi (south side), against the background of the Island of Tavolara, the long beach of Lu Impostu is characterized by white sand, dotted with junipers and mimosas and bathed by a clear blue sea. Behind the beach is a large pond connected to the sea via a small channel at its southern end.
5
Spiaggia Isuledda
Day 8
It is a quiet beach about 400 meters long in a beautiful natural setting with fine white sand and clear water that reflects amazing colors from various shades of blue. In spring this beach is completely surrounded by flowering juniper shrubs which, with their yellow color, make the landscape wonderful and unique.
6
Punta Est - Puntaldia
Day 8
Located along the Capo Coda Cavallo peninsula, this beautiful long and narrow beach is surrounded by dense Mediterranean scrub vegetation, highlighted by the contrast between its golden sand and the turquoise blue of the clear waters.
7
Cala Girgolu
Day 8
Cala Girgolu beach is an expanse of ocher sand alternating with smooth pebbles, bathed by an incredibly transparent sea. Behind the beach, there is a large pond where it is easy to spot different species of seabirds. On the right side of Cala Girgolu, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, there are a series of small inlets bathed by a very clear sea in different shades of blue, with a sea of a thousand colors.
8
Spiaggia Porto Taverna
Day 8
Porto Taverna is a marvellous bay on the east coast, located just below Porto San Paolo - with a turquoise sea, white sand and a view of the imposing island of Tavolara. Here, you will be enchanted by the clear blue water, the shallow waters and the nearby lagoon populated by flamingos and other species of migratory birds.
9
Marine Protected Area of Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo
Day 8
It's possible to arrange a beautiful boat tour to Tavolara Island and Molara Island, two Sardinian gems not far from San Teodoro. Molara is a small island just in front of Cala Suaraccia, well known because its south-western part has a turquoise and clear body of water surrounded by an intense blue color that has been renamed Piscine Naturali di Molara. The island of Tavolara is a granite mountainis rising over 500 meters. Its western tip, an isthmus known as Spalmatore di Terra, has some fantastic coves and a beach of about 1 km bathed by a multicolored crystalline sea and surrounded by dense wild vegetation.
