Guided trip
Hi there! Spain has always been a dear place to my heart, my favorite soccer club is in Barcelona! I love Spanish shows, culture, and food! The plan is to stop in some major cities in Spain: Barcelona, Madrid and Zaragoza. We will all fly into Madrid and depart home from Barcelona. We will start with 3 nights in Madrid, followed by 1 night in Zaragoza and ending with 2 nights in Barcelona. Transportation between the cities will be by either one bus or one train, either way it would not take us more than 2-3 hours of travel between Madrid to Zaragoza and Zaragoza to Barcelona. For accommodations, I plan on booking everyone a private hotel room, unless they're joining with a family, friend or partner. I want this vacation to be as fun and comfortable for everyone as possible. Below, I've listed a bunch of ideas on the itinerary for each city, however it's up to you whether you would like to follow along, add to the itinerary or even just do your own thing! What is included? All of your hotel accommodations in Madrid, Zaragoza and Barcelona (private room) + bus or train transportation between Madrid to Zaragoza and Zaragoza to Barcelona + 2 day metro pass for the City of Madrid and 2 day metro pass for the City of Barcelona! What's not included? All you need is to book your own flights! I will take care of the rest! Barcelona is the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region, located on the Mediterranean Sea and is known for its art and architecture. Madrid is the capital of Spain and is a city of elegance, culture and history. Zaragoza is famous for its historic museums and pilgrimage sites, with a beautiful river running through it. Please see below a rough draft of what we could be doing, I will amend the itinerary as we get closer to the trip date: In Zaragoza: Basilica del Pilar, La Seo de Zaragoza, Aljafería Palace, Central Market, and many musuems, Tourist Bus of Zaragoza (90-minute ride) In Madrid: plaza mayor, Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Espana, Templo de Debod, Prado (famous arts museum), Rowing in Retiro Park Lake, Palacio Cristal, Statue Walk, Cybele Palace, Metropolis Building, Santiago Bernabeu Stadium (football lovers) In Barcelona: Sagrada Familia, Arc de triomf, Casa Battlo & Casa Milla, Montjuic & MNAC, Tibidabo/Camp Nou (football lovers), Park Guell, Magic Fountains, Gothic Quarter walking tour, Gothic Cathedral, Las Ramblas, La Boqueria market, Monument of Christopher Columbus, Maritime Museum, Port Vell/Sunset Cruise/Dinner, and Flamenco, Carmel del Bunkers
