The Everest Base Camp Trek is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that takes you through the stunning landscapes of the Himalayas. With breathtaking views of the tallest peaks on the planet, you'll trek through charming villages, meet friendly locals, and experience the unique culture of Nepal. The trek starts in Kathmandu and takes you through the Khumbu region, where you'll encounter suspension bridges, glaciers, and stunning mountain views. The highlight of the trek is, of course, reaching Everest Base Camp, where you'll stand in awe of the world's highest mountain. It's a challenging but rewarding trek that's perfect for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike.

About me: I'm a trekking guide based in Nepal. I have been working in this field for about 4-5 years and I'm quite experienced. You'll definitely have the opportunity to meet new people on your trek, as you'll be traveling with other adventurers from around the world. I want all my travel buddies to be fit and healthy as we will be hiking to the altitude above 5000m, so fitness is key. I'm sure you'll have an unforgettable time!

Accommodation: The accommodation on the Everest Base Camp trek is basic but comfortable. You'll be staying in tea houses or lodges along the way, which are essentially small guest houses that offer a place to sleep and meals. The rooms are typically shared and include a bed, a pillow, and a blanket. You'll need to bring your own sleeping bag, as the lodges don't provide them. The bathrooms are usually shared and consist of squat toilets and cold showers. However, some of the more upscale lodges offer hot showers for an additional fee. Overall, the accommodation is simple but cozy, and it's a great way to experience the local culture and hospitality. The views of the mountains are absolutely breathtaking and the trails are filled with natural beauty. You'll have plenty of opportunities to take in the stunning scenery and soak up the tranquility of the Himalayas. Are you in?
