About me! Part of enjoying your trip, is clicking with your host. I grew up in Cascais, a stunning resort town 30 minutes away from central Lisbon, studied in an English-speaking international school in Lisbon all my life before moving to Switzerland for Hotel Management university and then living in other countries, including the U.S. and the U.K. I moved back to settle in lively Lisbon, living in the historically rich neighbourhood on the river, Belém. I started travelling abroad when I was very young and have always enjoyed welcoming diverse background friends and guests to Portugal – this is what led me to studying International Hospitality Management. I love the international community with all cultures melting into a worldwide wanderlust experience so much, and welcoming people when they move here. I am used to meeting people like you on a regular basis. What I am doing with JoinMyTrip, for you, I have already done with friends and friends of friends from all over the World for over 10 years. It was time I shared these beautiful experiences with friends-to-be, as TripMates. This trip is about friendship, city-walking, a hike, food, truly relaxing at a handful of stunning picture-worthy beaches, and a choice of optional unforgettable experiences: beginner’s intro to scuba-diving with an actual dive in the sea, horse-riding on the beach, and a 2-hour surf class!

About the Accommodation: (shared house/apartment/hotel bedrooms) depending on the number of TripMates. Each TripMate will have a shared bed or single bed when possible in a double room, and expected hotel room necessities. Private rooms can also be arranged separately.
