Are you seeing the same types of trips to Turkey. Balloon ride in Capadocia, Sultanahmet mosques in Istanbul, clubs and beachs of Antalya... As a local of course I love these places as well, but there is more to the country then the common touristic attractions. Which also makes them more expensive. Do you want to join me to escape to the hidden corners of Turkey. Wonderfull nature, small towns frozen in time, and of course a quite beach by the lava mountains. 🤗 Our journey will start in Istanbul as a meeting point. We will take of in the morning with a rental car to go to the great Seven Lakes of Kastamonu. Here we will stay in a bungalow. We will hike to the park and visit the seven lakes hidden within the forest. Next day we will take off to the UNESCO world heritage town Safranbolu. Which is a small town literally frozen in time. We will see the old houses and the museums of the old leather factory, the houses untouch from the history and the town bazaar where you can find the local safran and clothing. From there to softly return back to the reality we will go to a small town beach in Bartın called Güzelcehisar, which is a quite beach by the lava frozen hills and here relax on our last day before returning back to our lifes. I am open to change any part of the or arrange new things along the way. Please be open to share your thoughts with me through out. 🥰 There are space for additional activities in the trip, especially in Safranbolu there are many museums that are interesting to visit plus a cave that we can go into. About me! My name is Merve, I am 33 years old and I am a Serbian-Turkish female and a travel enthusiastic 😊. I have traveled to many locations but there are many more that I would love to see. For my first trip I wanted to show the places I myself enjoy the most in my country. I am someone that enjoys the nature and small quite towns with much history and depth. And I love to share them with same minded people. 🤗

Details about the accommodation: The accomodation is going to be a traditional one. Since the first part of the trip is nature we will be staying in a bungalow house in the nature run by the locals. The rooms can be shared between 2-3 people. On our next stop we will be staying an old mansion turned into a hotel. This place is also run by the locals which are very friendly and helpful. These are also shared between 2-3 people. On our last stop we will be staying in an Airbnb cabine with the black sea view. Since the arriving hours will be different for everyone, depending on the requests I will be arranging accommodation in Istanbul, for arrival or return date. Do you have questions about the trip? İstanbul

Day 1

Istanbul will be our meeting point. We will leave to the next destination together from here with a rental car. Depending on everyones arrival time a hotel will be arranged for a day early arrivals. The departure time is estimated to be latest at 16.00 (Istanbul time). The road is about 4 and a half hours until our next destination.

Yedigöller

Day 1-2

On the fist day, since we will be arriving late, we will settle in our bungalow rooms in pairs and rest for the night with a nice dinner. The next morning we will get up to visit the lakes in the nature park and hike through them. The hiking will be very easy and in the afternoon we will have our picnic in the park. When we are ready we will go to our car to take off to our next destination.

Safranbolu

Day 2-4

A small town from the Ottoman era, frozen in time. Currently protected by the UNESCO World Heritage. The town stays untouched and has many monuments still remaining from the past. In the old times it was a trade center and a place of growing saffron. Close to the town is a cave called Bulak. If wanted we can also visit there. We will arrive to the town at night and the next morning after breakfast we will take off to visit the town bazaar, the old houses and the museums. We will spend a full one day here before we move on to our next destiantion in the morning after breakfast.

Güzelcehisar

Day 4-5

Our last stop before returning will be a unique beach in Güzelcehisar. What's unique is the mountains are shaped by the lava. The area also has a beach to relax and enjoy the last days of the warm weather. After we leave Safranbolu we will ride for around 2 hours to get to this unique town. After settling in to our AirBnB. We will take our time to relax on the beach and later do a barbecue for the last day of the trip.

İstanbul

Day 5

On the 5th day we will return back to istanbul to take our flights and return back to lifes 🥰 The ride will take around 5-6 hours. If anyone requires a hotel because their flight is on a later day or would like to stay for longer it can be arranged.
