Discover Lyon, France like a local: The city of French gastronomy

Hi! I am Karilyne, originally from Haute-Savoie near Switzerland, and currently living in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon. I am a freelance recruiter, 24 years old, a traveler at heart and an apprentice artist, musician, and painter. I often travel with my boyfriend, Sebastien, mostly in Europe. I speak French and English fluently, some Italian and Spanish, plus a few words in other languages as Japanese. I like to show my city by planning and organizing the schedule to show the best of Lyon. 📍 What's on the program? 4 days in a home away from home: in the center of Lyon, close to everything from restaurants and cafés to shopping and cultural spots. I always choose a home that has comfortable beds (yes, I enjoy a good night of comfy sleep when I can, haha), a washing machine, a full kitchen, a great shared area to relax and socializing. During these 4 days, you will be free to relax/explore/socialize, according to your schedule and rhythm. I always keep the kitchen fully stocked with tea/coffee/herbal teas/hot chocolate/cakes/biscuits/fruit and more so that it becomes a great break room. Depending on what you want to see, I planned for you to visit different mythic places of Lyon, museums if you like it, 1 restaurant in a “bouchon”, (typical restaurant of Lyon), drinks, cooking meals, eating out, city discovery walks, art exhibitions and parties out if you want.
